We arrived around 11pm and it took 40 min to check in along with other guests that also took the airport shuttle. The elevator was not working so we were asked to walk up to the third floor room. Electronic key did not work, so had to walk all the way back and forth to address the issue. The ceiling in the room was peeling and falling to the carpet. Starbucks breakfast in the morning was disappointing…despite no other customers, it took 30 min to receive the breakfast burrito. Lastly, the shuttle was not working for a return trip to the airport…no communication of any kind (verbal or sign), so we had to Uber.
