3年前に閉鎖されたプールはありません。屋上は予約されたパーティー専用です。駐車場はつながっておらず、スタッフは荷積みエリアで車の積み下ろしをしようとすると本当に困惑します。このホテルは避けた方が良いです。とてもストレスがたまり、不便です。外にはたくさんの酔っ払いがいて、駐車場ではタバコを吸っている人がいます。ダブルツリーで有名なクッキーも提供されません。

アップタウン シャーロットは清潔でしたが、まず、フロントのサービスが悪く、トラック用の係員付き駐車場がありませんでした。ガレージは非常に狭く、地上高が低いため、個人車両での利用はお勧めしません。ベッドとタオルはパリパリしていましたが、少なくとも立地は良かったです。

私たちが滞在した時は工事が行われていたため、日中は部屋の上の階で工事の音が聞こえましたが、それ以外は部屋を楽しみました。清潔で快適なベッド、素敵なシャワー、素晴らしいロケーション。

停電で空気が出ませんでしたが、その他はすべて正常でした。

悪くなく、とても清潔で、サービスも良かったです。Uber が必要だったので、フロントデスクがとても熱心に電話してくれました。レストランの食事は美味しくて手頃な価格です。将来シャーロットに行くことがあれば、またここに泊まります。

週末のフットボールの試合のために来ました。サービスは素晴らしく、フレンドリーでした。飲食店がたくさんある近くにあります。間違いなくまたそこに滞在するでしょう！

I would definitely recommend Double Tree Hotel anytime. The customer service is always great and the atmosphere is amazing. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Oh yeah, keep the cookies coming lol

Location is great for walking and discovering great restaurants and shopping in the area.

I love this restaurant at Hyatt, we stay 1 night for our 1st wedding anniversary!

The room was spacious and clean, and the concierge gave us cookies when we checked in. There was water tea and coffee complimentary in the room. We were there for a concert at the spectrum center, which is only about a 5 minute walk away. The restaurants and cafes around are all very good as well.

Staff was pleasant. Room was great. Location has become a fave!

Really lovely hotel close to everything!

My stay at the hotel was very comfortable but I was surprised to find that the hotel does not offer a complimentary bottle of water which I think is a must for a traveler coming from far off places. I have to go outside searching for a water bottle.
