全体的な経験はそれほど悪くありませんでした。 デポジットを返金する前に部屋をチェックする必要があるため、早めにチェックアウトする必要があります。

夕方早めに到着するつもりで部屋を予約しましたが、飛行機の遅延がかなり長かったため、真夜中前に到着しました。私の部屋は、飛行機の遅延があった他の旅行者に割り当てられていたため、前払いしていたので心配でした。追加料金なしでキングサイズのベッドにアップグレードされました。部屋は清潔で、清潔なタオルと寝具がありました。長旅の後のシャワーは最高で、ベッドは快適でした。受付の若い女性。夏時間について私に思い出させるのを忘れたため、携帯電話の時間を間違った時間に設定してしまい、朝食を逃しましたが、それ以外は素晴らしい短期滞在でした。

最大のメリットはやはりリノベーションしたばかりなので綺麗なことです。ただし、部屋は非常に小さいので、空港近くで即興する必要がある一人旅行者に適しています。ホテルには無料の空港シャトルがあります。

Overall, I had a great experience and found the accommodations excellent for a two-star property. The rooms were clean, hygienic, and very comfortable. Had all the needed facilities like clean towel, hairdryer, work table, Ac, TV, iron.   The location was particularly convenient for my work trip given its proximity to the Charlotte airport. I also greatly appreciated the car shuttle service, which was very helpful with its hourly pick-up and drop-off schedule from morning until midnight. The only issue I encountered was poor network signal strength at the hotel location. Aside from that, I had a very pleasant stay.

The service was super easy and staff was beyond helpful. Super sweet and made my stay super easy. DEFINITELY recommend.

Good for a quick stop close to the airport with great shuttle service and a great simple breakfast included the next morning.

Overall, EXCELLENT FOR THE PRICE!!!! Only complaint was the ice machine was turned off on our floor(3rd). Room was clean and everything worked. Daily housekeeping was phenomenal! THANK YOU!!!! THANK YOU!!!! THANK YOU!!!!

The Tripadvisor reviews are real, bad potentially unsafe location, the bed suspiciously of bed bugs, walls very thin. I think some people are living at this hotel. The room next door has visitors most of the night coming and going. hallways strong smell of *********. The person at the front desk was nice but everything else is bad

decent hotel for a quick layover, staff was friendly, breakfast  is just waffles / cereal and juice. No eggs/meats.Overall  it was ok. Room was clean

Arrived very late so unable to get airport shuttle. Hotel though was very clean and comfortable. Rooms a bit small but efficient use of space. Breakfast consists of Bagels, cereal and waffles, juice and coffee. Overall positive experience and would stay again

It’s was a rocky stay ! The rooms were alright the service ****** ! From me getting ice a worker asked me to not get so much ! I thought I’ve was free then I was banned from here because my niece left a sheet outside on the ground ! So the decided we can purchase a stay ! I left disgruntled I won’t go back

Convenient airport location, but flight noise is noticeable. Clean room with a comfortable bed. Included breakfast is a bonus. Overall, a satisfactory stay.
