Lady with the curly hair that checked me in was VERY unpleasant. I figured she was just having a bad day but she had an unwarranted attitude with me the very next day. She needs to be switched to a role with minimal customer interaction because her service level is beneath the bar!

A family member car window was busted out while staying on property. And we were told her car was parked where the cameras stop recording but picks back up from another camera two cars down from hers. Sounds like an inside job due to whoever done it knew where the cameras were!

I booked here because say shuttle 24 hours i called before to book and they say yes is shuttle available, when i get there i ask for tat Service for next morning and they told me is not shuttle servie for the morning, i pay $60 to uber to get to the airport
