Came to Charlotte as a quick getaway and took and chance on Kasa. Best chance i’ve taken in awhile regarding lodging. The studio king was spacious, clean, and very convenient. It offered a washer and dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen including microwave, kettle, etc. Also, the gym was immaculate. The only things I wish the room had was a full length mirror. It was annoying not knowing how your full outfit looks. Also towel hooks in the bathroom. Nonetheless, these are minor asks, for such a great space. Will definitely be returning.

Absolutely perfect. Close enough to the city and close enough to the country, super peaceful, clean, and homey.

This property was very clean and secure. I loved all of the secure features in staying here. If i had 1 complaint, it would be that the building numbers were not visible and it was difficult to find the correct building when originally arriving.

The location was perfect. It’s was right out downtown so you weren’t in the middle of it but 5 mins out. The dinning options were endless. Place was clean and modern. Loved the feel of the gated area. Easy to find and communication even with a system was still simple enough to get answers or find what you needed . Overall great place, location and experience.

Our stay was lovely. Enjoyed the modern decor and location. Easy check in and instructions. I would a stay her again. My only issue was, a hour before our check out a random man entered our room unannounced, he did not knock or wait but simply unlocked the door and entered... he claimed he was just checking to see if we checked out, but it seemed a bit odd being that it wasnt our check out time yet... and that he entered unannounced. Im not sure if he was with Kasa or not, but this definitely alarmed us, luckily we were in the process of leaving though. Other then that, I had no complaints on my stay

Love this property! We’ve stayed here twice in the last 6 weeks. The only issue is the light fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen were very dusty in the last unit we stayed in.

This was my first time staying here and all I have to say is it won’t be my last. In love with this place.

We had a wonderful stay and the Kasa folks are very competent. I don’t give 5 stars easily so please don’t take my four stars as anything but complimentary.

The property was excellent. Check in was seamless and communication was ongoing and responsive. I would highly recommend!
