環境很好 周圍出行方便

Right in the centre of Chartres which is beautiful, we booked to stay on 29th December, everything in the hotel was closed, no restaurant open, no food available, no bar, nothing! So not really a hotel then? Our room was very small but very clean, bathroom was lovely. The hospitality tray contained 2 tea bags, 2 satchels of coffee and 2 satchels of sugar, NO milk, NO teaspooons. Very poor considering with parking we paid over €115. The breakfast the next morning was served in the restaurant which is quite stunning, the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Hopefully if we stay again the hotel will function as a hotel with services open

Friendly service and nicely furnished. The comfortable and large patio in front makes for a great entrance. Our room was really nice, maybe a little small and the shower was small but we had prepaid on a special rate. There are variations on the rooms, I am sure. The restaurant exceeded our expectations and it was great to eat right at the hotel after a long day of touring around.

The hotel is well situated close to the Cathedral, the room was clean and comfortable, but on the small side, and with no air conditioning. A closed garage is available nearby, the parking cannot be prebooked but there was a reasonable number of spaces. The staff member at the desk spoke good English and was very helpful. The restaurant was excellent, with a good selection of well priced food and wine. We would certainly stay and eat there again if in Chartres.

A friendly hotel, comfortable beds, decent breakfast. Everything we looked for in a hotel, on the first night of our holiday, this hotel provided. The car park was really good - especially as it was high enough to take our car and its roof box. Our dogs also enjoyed their stay!

Great location; pleasant friendly staff; excellent restaurant. Cannot comment on accessibility as we did not request an accessible room (lift is tiny but there may be accessible rooms downstairs?). Would stay again if in Chartres.

The staff, reception and restaurant, extremely efficient, helpful, and super friendly. Room very small, no a/c but a very basic floor fan, pretty useless in 30 degrees. Bathroom tiny, barely possible to have a shower. Overall very poor quality hotel for the price.

Very near to the cathedral and other attractions. Beautiful and comfortable room with view of the cathedral. Nice furniture. Excellent breakfast. Availability of bar and restaurant. Private parking, Great cordiality and sympathy.

Great hotel in an ideal location. There were several parking options for us. We were travelling as a family of 2 adults and 2 you h children. We had a really warm welcome and a room overlooking the cathedral - superb. Breakfast was lovely and we had a great stay!

Stayed here one night on way to a wedding. Nice hotel with nice bar below. Central location for easy access to attractions. Rooms do not have air conditioning, so can be uncomfortable in hot conditions. Rooms are ok for city centre hotel. Parking is extra in nearby covered building. Could do with better facility for unloading luggage when arriving by car.

This hotel needs a refurbishment, the rooms and the en-suite are looking a bit tired. The lift to the floors was the smallest lift I have ever been in. It states 3 persons but there were two of us with a small suitcase and the third person would have been out of luck. The hotel does have a parking arrangement which is just a short walk away. would i stay here again NO.

It was in a good position with friendly staff. The decor was tired and it was very noisy at night. we liked the area very much. The style of the room was very 80's. For the price of the breakfast it was quite basic

2nd time here in the past few months. Travelling solo, I booked a smaller comfort room with a view to the cathedral. The room was very pleasant note: not big enough of you’re a couple with luggage. The diverse staff here from reception to restaurant to breakfast are simply wonderful, efficient, convivial and professional. Waze app took me directly to the garage across the street. The restaurant has a lot of ambiance. Breakfast was pretty good, and had the place to myself at 7.30am. Definitely recommend. The only downsides: street noise which stops at 11pm and the interior soundproofing isn’t perfec but the hotel attracts very civilised clientele. Also with no aircon, hot summer weather might make it uncomfortable.

Un hotel di classe ed accogliente perfetto per visitare Chartres e le sue bellezze. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, ambiente raccolto e silenzioso, colazione ottima. Tutto perfetto.
