Good location from the motorway. The rooms were very dated but clean

Malgré tout les efforts fait par le personnel en formation et les chambres refaites à neuf, une fuite d eau dans la salle de bain, pas d eau pour prendre une douche mais seulement un bain. Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre, alors qu il y a du thé et du café. Le personnel est perdu à chaque demande faite... Si c est juste pour dormir, vous passerais une bonne nuit, mais n attendait pas plus de votre séjour. Je leurs souhaite de beaucoup évolués , car tout le monde doit avoir sa chance.

Hotel is very much over priced & there is nothing boutique about it. We stayed in room 9. The furnishings belong in the 1970s & the decor really does need updating. The room was clean, which was good, but not particularly inviting. All fittings were outdated. The bed was so uncomfortable we both had backache the following day! Not great when we had a long car journey to follow. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. Why? It would have been better to have a larger bathroom. The shower attachment was broken so you couldn’t clip it to the wall to shower. You had to hand hold the attachment which made it difficult to shower & wash your hair. Plus the bath taps come out of the side of the bath not the end, and this is the same side the shower curtain hangs. So no chance to keep the floor dry. Also the bath was high & I found it difficult to climb into. (I’m only 5ft 3). We have stayed in other hotels in The Originals Group & they have been so much better than this. We didn’t complain to the hotel in the morning as they spoke little English & we didn’t obviously didn’t find out about the shower & the bed until the morning we were leaving. At that point we just wanted to get on our way. Definitely won’t be staying here again. There are far better hotels around for the same price.

good trip with a good quality/price value. We certainly return to this hotel if we come back near this place. The breakfast was good with a large choice. The bedrooms have a good space. We have not tried the restaurant, because we thinked it was closed.

This hotel was a great find! We booked it very last minute, after a stop in Futuroscope en route to the ferry in Roscoff. Firstly, the staff are all so polite, friendly and efficient, from check-in to the breakfast assistant. Secondly - rooms are spotlessly clean and well maintained. The walls have all been freshly painted, new carpets, so everything is fresh despite it being an older hotel. We had a Comfort Double Room so it was quite big. The rooms are so quiet - we had the best night sleep here with no outside noise at all. Breakfast was excellent - there was a good selection of breads, yogurt, juice, meat/cheeses. There’s a pool table downstairs, plus an outside swimming pool. Definitely would recommend for anyone visiting Futuroscope.

Great location for Futuroscope. Disabled room booked for 2 adults and 2 children. Only bath with no mat and no shower. Room dirty, cobwebs, cracked and dirty toilet, blood stains on curtain. quilt with no cover and no spare bedding 4 beds in a small room. Staff unhelpful. We tried to change room but the request was dismissed.

Lit d’appoint surtaxé sans même fournir de draps : la direction ayant refusé d’en mettre à disposition ! Aucune information indiquée sur la réservation à ce sujet, ni même indiquée oralement lors de la demande de draps à la réception. Couchage avec une simple couverture datant des années 50. le clou du spectacle en plus d’ une douche qui fonctionne mal : des vers de farine retrouvés dans les céréales lors du petit déjeuner. Inacceptable donc, je téléphone le soir même pour avoir des explications sur la somme facturée en supplément. la personne me répond très agressivement, de manière insultante, aucun dialogue possible : je suis face à une interlocutrice en furie ! Rappelons tout de même que je suis la cliente… j’essaye d’indiquer mon mécontentement en préconisant qu’il serait plus judicieux d’en informer la clientèle à venir dans l’établissement. Cerise sur le gâteau : on me raccroche au nez ! Je peux vous dire qu’ayant été formée en lycée hôtelier : on tombe de haut en payant une chambre 3 étoiles à ce prix...! Bien évidement je ne recommande a aucun potentiel futur client cet établissement.

cela fait une semaine que j attend que le directeur me rappelle car malgré un mail confirmant mon annulation ils m ont débité le séjour complet de plus le personnel est extrêmement désagréable veut rien savoir et me fait attendre, attendre...
