Very nice, modern spa hotel with good sized rooms that are well equipped like a mini apartment, with kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, dishwasher. It is reasonably priced for what you get and being a resident gives a discount for using the thermal spa facilities. I particularly enjoyed the hammam.

Établissement au top, très bien situé au cœur de la ville. Personnel particulièrement professionnel, patient et agréable, autant aux soins, qu'à l'accueil, boutique, et SPA. Hygiène des termes irréprochable.

Très bon séjour, seul bémol, j'avais droit à accès au SPA thermal, mais pas possible pour mon conjoint non curiste de m'accompagner, alors que seule, j'ai des difficultés à me déplacer.

Et surtout, évitez le Premium à 400 euros qui n'en a que le prix, scandaleux, car la plupart des services annoncés ne sont pas fournis (soins annulés, fourniture de linge aléatoire et de qualité médiocre, espace soins transformé en pédiluve (eau stagnante), toilettes hors service dans les vestiaires, soins digestifs effectués en partie... Et tout cela à cause de malfaçons lors de la construction. L'établissement est en procédure en garantie décennale et depuis 3 ans commercialise malgré tout un produit qui n'existe que partiellement et avec tous ses défauts sans le mentionner aux curistes. Il faut payer pour voir : et oui parce que qu'on paye obligatoirement TOUT d'avance !! Mention ZERO pour l'établissement mais 10 SUR 10 pour le personnel exceptionnel qui doit faire face à tout cela avec diplomatie, amabilité et sourire.

L'hôtel lui même est correct, mais ne vaut pas 4 étoiles. L'accueil surtout est déplorable pour un établissement de ce niveau, manque d'information, peu d'empressement à répondre aux demandes, service au restaurant de niveau amateur, restauration médiocre

Nous y sommes allés au mois d’avril avec mon épouse, très déçu de la prestation pas à la hauteur par des débutants qui nous ont abîmé les cervicales et le dos. Pour mon épouse je ne ferai pas de Publicité et je n’y reviendrai pas. Je ne le conseille à personne, c’est vraiment du tape-à-l’œil.
