Great apartment at the Napoli Suite - modern and cosy with all the luxuries you need. Outside deck and air con included - although it rained during my stay so didn’t put these to much use! Coffee machine for a pick me up in the morning after a nice quiet nights sleep. Will stay again when I’m back in town

I booked the Tuscany apartment for my husband's 60th birthday. The apartment was clean and perfectly placed to experience all that Cheltenham has to offer, and just over an hour to Bath. I'd recommend booking the parking space which was very secure. A nice touch was the milk in the fridge on arrival. The addition of an airfryer would be amazing. Overall a fantastic place to stay!

Amazing apartment in a great location. We stayed in the Napoli suite for 2 nights, everything you could want and need was there. The apartment was lovely with a small outdoor seating area. Check in process easy and we're able to access the apartment early. Will definitely be back!

A lovely well presented and clean apartment. Nice soaps and towels. Breakfast provisions were a welcome surprise. I'm a bit fussy but I would definitely book again. Access was simple and nearby parking was handy. Very friendly reception.

A great location and a well equipped apartment. Comfy bed and kitchen facilities. Keypad access saves remembering a key. Tea and coffee available. Would have liked washing up liquid and cleaning materials. Stayed twice now so must be doing something right.

It was an awsome room, really confortable and a lot of space, also with an indivdul terrace, obviously not usied because of the weather. The location is perfect, just in the city center ANd if you book directly with them you get various amenities lije coffe/tee, cookies, a bottle with fresh milk and a bottle of juice.

We were not aware that there was not a lift and 38 steps up to the second floor was a bit of a challenge. A stunning building beautifully decorated and very helpful staff. The only downside was that there was limescale in the toilet which although not a lot didn’t look good ,we would use Mansley again.

Confortable and quiet suite, very well equipped and well maintained right in the town centre of Cheltenham. I couldn’t recommend more. The manager helped us with luggage, agreed for early check. Very accommodating and kind staff! We will sure come back.

Good location, excellent facilities - even a bottle of fresh milk for tea & coffee - extremely clean. Easy online check-in and helpful call. Only hiccups were with the parking which was hard to find, awkward to access and the spaces were poorly signposted even once we'd got in.

Our stay at Strozzi Palace Cheltenham was exceptional. We arrived by train and took a short and easy taxi ride from the Cheltenham Spa rail station. Uber is also available however we chose taxi as they were plentiful and immediately available. The location of Strozzi Palace is an easy 2 block walk to city center for shopping, restaurants and to access local buses for day trips to other areas of the Cotswolds. Unlike a traditional hotel reception, Strozzi Palace utilizes a "paperless/keyless" system for registration and entry. There is an onsite manager during the day who provided outstanding service and assistance. There are stairs to all rooms and, without promoting, he generously offered to assist with our bags. We booked the one bedroom Tuscany Suite for three nights. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the decor was stunning, the luxury bed linens and pillows provided a wonderful and extremely quiet night's sleep. The bathroom was placed in an area of the suite for increased privacy, generous size, and the soaps/lotions provided were of spa quality. There were breakfast items (yogurt, cereals, juice, milk, coffee and tea) provided to ensure a good start to the day. The kitchen area was stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. We had an amazing stay at Strozzi Palace and the boutique suites fit our style of travel. We are an older couple from USA with extensive travel experience.

Lovely Hotel and fantastic Value for Money, Highly Recommended. Location was very close to the Centre and a car park nearby if the Hotel Car park is full. Kitchen area was lovely and was a very nice touch to have Fresh Milk at hand, If another trip to Cheltenham is to be made this would be 1st option

The Amalfi suite is very noisy as on the road side and we prefer the Napoli suite The bed is very hard in the Napoli suite and I get back ache after a two nights! Roy said this was being addressed so we hope so as booked for 5 nights in March . Generally we love the strozzi palace

Fab place. Very central. Felt safe. clean and good quality apartment. Even text me to check in early as apartment was ready. Comfy bed and pillows. Kitchen well equipped For a night stay. Even left us some milk to have a cuppa. Parked at Waitrose overnight cost us about £5 for 24 hours (5 min walk from apartment).

5. Brilliant location close to everything. Easy check in. Great communication. Very clean and plenty of amenities , shampoos , shower gels etc. the kitchen was well stocked with teas and coffee and the orange juice , cereals and milk left for breakfast were very welcome. Would stay again.
