サービスはとても良いです。彼女のオーナーは優しいです。フレンドリーで、何でも手伝ってくれます欲しいものがあればいつでも持ってきてくれますし、部屋はとても綺麗で清潔で、毎日掃除に来てくれるおばちゃんがいます。セキュリティシステムは非常に優れています。宿泊施設の眺めはとても良いです。

Everything is probably great, good location for traveler,easy to go anywhere (didi,taxi) the view from the room is amazing, the room and price is reasonable, Good view can heal bad day

Cosy for a family of four, but fit for purpose. The good: great location close to East Lake park, 7min walk or so to the metro, easy for taxi to most central locations, clean apartment. Have a washing machine and a couple of small laundry detergent concentrates The needs-improvement: - Owner / reception had an extension for our original allocated flat and so organise to put us in a different flat bit requested for us to move the next day (and apparently forgot that they had my WeChat contact). Had to reason quite a bit including owner asking us to cancel on the platform so that I could pay her directly. Only succumbed after I very resolutely refused and said I'd submit an official complaint to trip.com - Only have big towels. No small towels even for drying hands - There's a kitchenette but no pans, microwave or anything to cook or even heat up food with, and very limited glasses and cutleries, no cups bowls or plates

Such an amazing gem in this part of down. Was so relaxed, beautiful room which is perfectly comfortable. Bus stop is right outside. Restaurant and convenience store downstairs. Very clean and modern

我這次來成都出差，在網上預訂了一家酒店，叫做天悦嘉一的店。住過之後感覺非常好，特來寫一篇好評。 首先，酒店的地理位置非常好，離成都最繁華的地帶春熙路非常近，打車衹需約10分鐘，讓我在出行方面非常方便。酒店周邊有很多高端、特色的餐廳和商場，欣賞高樓大廈和感受城市氣息非常棒，再來説房間的衞生，可以説非常乾淨，眼睛看到的地方都是一塵不染的，房間佈局合理，床品很舒服，有家的感覺，客服服務態度也不錯，將近十二點入住的，客服很耐心的指引線路，還給免費延時退房，很不錯的入住體驗，下次有機會再來。

來成都玩，在網上看到這家酒店照片很好看，評價也不錯，抱着試試看的心態預訂了一天，入住前民宿管家會很貼心的訊問幾點入住，怎樣過來，會發位置和入住須知，管家會提前告知，因為是公寓式民宿，停車費需要自理，兩塊錢一個小時，在地下，車位足，這麼熱的天氣，可以找到一個地下停車場，停車費還可以接受，這方面很滿意，入住前就有些許的好感，第一次上樓比較麻煩，需要呼叫物業開樓宇門，再去一樓找管家按電梯，剛開始還不理解，弄的這麼麻煩有必要麼，到了樓裏才發現，人真的很少，比較安靜，可能這就是他們的出發點，瞬間覺得不那麼麻煩了，進到房間，大大的落地窗，真皮軟床，質感不錯的沙發傢俱，還配有新風系統，乾濕分離的衞生間，乾淨到看不到一根頭髮絲，保潔阿姨也是用心了，入住一晚後感覺還不錯，果斷訂了三天，管家也給了相應的優惠，還是比較滿意的，推薦給大家。

因為交通延誤，臨時決定多待一天，酒店距離南站很近，看到評論不錯就預訂了，房間很新，聽管家説是首次出租，運氣好讓我們碰上了，傢俱家電都很新，房間可以看到市區夜景，視野不錯，也比較乾淨，洗漱用品比較好用，管家態度不錯，其他的我們也沒有別的要求，下次有機會再來入住。

入住這家酒店是一次非常愉快的體驗！從踏入大堂的那一刻起，就被其温馨雅緻的氛圍所吸引。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全且維護得當，尤其是舒適的床鋪讓人一夜好眠。客服貼心周到，位置也極為便利，周邊交通便利，購物餐飲一應俱全。總之，這次住宿性價比很高，值得五星好評，強烈推薦給每一位追求品質與舒適度的旅者。

Muy buena experiencia. Cogimos este hotel fuera del centro para poder estar tranquilos, sin ruido y sin tanta gente alrededor y ha cumplido las expectativas, tienes el metro a 5-7 minutos andando, la habitación está muy limpia, la cama es realmente una cama y muy cómoda, tiene muy buenas vistas de la ciudad... Todo genial. La dueña muy amable, nos ha asesorado por WeChat sobre la ciudad y ha estado muy atenta por si necesitábamos algo respecto a la habitación.
