今回このホテルに泊まって本当に良い経験になりました！特筆すべきは、小さな家政婦のユマさんです。彼女はとても温かくてフレンドリーで、サービスは行き届いていて、人々にくつろぎを与えてくれます。チェックイン時の案内や滞在中のさまざまなニーズにも、ユマは素早く対応し、適切に対応します。部屋は清潔で整頓されており、設備は充実しており、朝食は種類豊富で豊富です。ホテルの立地もとても良く、交通の便も良いです。全体として、この滞在体験は非常に満足で印象的でした。皆さんに強くお勧めします。次回もこのホテルを選択します。

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean and cozy, and they provided everything I needed during my stay. The staff were kind, and the food at the restaurant on the first floor was amazing! My family came here for a short Thanksgiving break to rest and relax, and we were extremely satisfied with our experience. One of the highlights was the tea room on the 5th floor, a very quiet and relaxing space. There are just a few things I’d like to mention for improvement: - The small pool, which is meant to be a kids' pool, was too cold. My 19 mo daughter couldn’t enjoy it as much as we had hoped. - The sauna was off when I first checked, and I had to ask them to turn it on. Since it takes some time to heat up, I couldn't fully enjoy it during my stay. - While most of the staff spoke English, there were a few instances where I had to use a translator on my phone to communicate with. Anyways, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
