Our stay at Chengdu Viatour Hotel was nothing short of exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They not only provided a complimentary coffee voucher (with three delicious options) but also gave us a detailed guide to local eateries, helping us discover some hidden gems off the tourist trail. The hotel facilities are top-notch— the in-room amenities are thoughtfully curated, and the laundry room with washer-dryer and laundry detergent is a lifesaver for longer stays. The robot delivery service adds a futuristic touch to your stay. This hotel truly offers a blend of comfort, convenience, and local charm, making it our go-to choice in Chengdu. Highly recommended!

The hotel is really pleasant. I like how the corridors were scented like flowers, which made me feel like walking through a garden. Hotel was also very clean, with the cleaning staff cleaning the room daily. There was a pair of complimentary coffee at the cafe outside the hotel and it is such a lovely gesture. There is a shared washing machine, 2 for washing, 2 for dryer in the common spaces. There is also a little gym. Location is perfect and service impeccable. Lovely hotel worth recommending.

We are happy with the hotel front desk services. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is good, easy to access the metro.

Hotel is situated near main shopping districts and close to several train stations! Hotel staff were all lovely - there was construction going on but they quickly moved us further away from the noises and upgraded our room. They were extremely responsive to our needs and went out their way to help us if we needed anything

I didn't expect to get an accommodation with such a good price. Service staff is professional, polite and helpful. The room is high-tech with a voice activated control. Room is clean with all the needed appliances for a traveler. Housekeeping is done right with all tidy up and cleaned. There is also a mini-gym and a laundry room. I would expect all these facilities in a 4-star hotel. Location is excellent! It is near Chunxi Road within walking distance of about 10mins. Nearby there are also several eateries. If you like to explore a local wet market, there is one right behind the hotel where you can witness how the locals do their groceries shopping in the morning. Behind the hotel, it is actually a seafood street where shops sell all the live seafood - go take a look, interesting! For supper, if you do not mind street food, there is a stall selling Sichuan local dishes like noodles, dumpings, etc. It is operated by a young couple - they set up their stall from 10pm onwards until 6am next morning. Kudos to the management. I will definitely stay here when I come back to Chengdu!
