天府国際空港から車で50分くらいの場所で周りは緑が多くいい環境だと思います。成都都市部までは更に車で30分くらいです。 お部屋も清潔で冷蔵庫の中のミニバーもまあまあの充実度でした。 フロントの方もドアマンの方も感じが良くてよかったです。

快適な滞在体験。天気は寒いですが、サービスは熱心です。ホテルはユニバーシアードと東安湖の隣にあります。夜景はとても良いです。バーもとても感動的です。部屋の設備もとてもスマートです。バルコニーからは眺めが良く、反対側は東安湖です。私はそれがとても好き。 、次回選択します

ホテルは素晴らしく、湖の見える部屋はとても美しく、部屋の設備もとても良いですが、私は個人的にすべてのバーカウンターが充電されていると感じています、少し雰囲気がありません

The hotel is very close to the stadium with super nice surrounding. It is clean and well organized, with excellent service. Breakfast and coffee are both of high quality. I enjoyed my stay! The front desk lady, Ms Lucy is very nice and served my needs in proactive ways.

Very nice stay at this hotel. Extremely friendly and professional staff during check-in procedures with Ms. Freya helping throughout the whole process. Room was amazing and the view from the balcony also great. Recommend the restaurant also, very good local food! Great stay in Chengdu.

This hotel is incredible. The service was excellent and everything was on point. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Sports stadium if you’re there for an event. The food was also great with a variety to choose from. Shoutout to Nicole and everyone from front desk…you guys are awesome 😎

Nice hotel with good view of the lake. Room is large and comfortable. Ms Freya, the manager at the reception, is very kind and friendly with great service. The room service staff is very responsible and hardworking making sure the towels are changed and room is properly cleaned. Though the services and ambience of the hotel is great, the mattress of the bed can do better; I humbly suggest it is time to change new mattress. Overall, it has been a pleasant stay and look forward to stay in this hotel again.

I’m choosing this hotel because of XIN LIU /Liu Yu Xin XANADU concert Chengdu station. The service, cleanliness, amenities are great and awesome. The staffs are friendly and good. The cleaning service left a note to let us know addition top up of bottled water and towels by observing our usage. 👍🏻 Location wise is good if you are looking for nearby stadium. A bit far from city but you can take taxi to nearest mrt station. Food delivery may take 40min to 1hr. It is still manageable depends on what you are looking for.

設施：新，有智能小棉，撥打總機衹需要呼叫小棉即可。 衞生：很好，打掃的很乾凈。 環境：緊鄰東安湖體育館，看演唱會超級方便，白天還能東安湖公園玩一玩，人少，環境優美。 服務：特別好，不亞於國際五星酒店，前台Mia特別和藹親切，知道我們要去看五月天演唱會，特意幫我們留了兩個小蘿蔔鑰匙扣給孩子，而且全程笑臉相迎，讓人感覺特別舒服！以後有機會還會來成都選擇木棉花！

酒店位於東安湖體育場旁邊，走路10分鐘就能到。因為帶小朋友來看她最愛的五月天演唱會，所以首選入住這裏。也幸好是選擇了這裏，10.4日在大雨中看完演唱會以後步行很快回到了酒店，不然這麼大雨再倒車回市區怕是小朋友就會感冒了。 再説説酒店房間，給小朋友定的恐龍蛋親子房，孩子非常喜歡，酒店還貼心的提供了晚餐，夜宵的紅豆湯也非常好喝，還送了花花冰淇淋。前台丁冰心小姐姐人美心善，不厭其煩的為我們提供了非常細緻入微的服務和提醒。總體來説是一次不錯的體驗，下次演唱會還來入住。

來看五月天成都尾場演唱會！ 開始是因為酒店離場館非常近！非常方便！ 開始訂成大床房，後來客服免費換成了雙床房啦！還會提前問住房需求（比如方位啊樓層啊），還有專屬管家加了微信隨時溝通。 入住體驗非常棒！酒店高端大氣上檔次。 Calista這姐姐是專門負責我的，迴應迅速，態度熱情，而且她真的能記住每個人和需求耶，入住下午想吃甜的，沒有選到特別滿意的甜點，然後居然送了我們倆個紅豆羹，好好喝～ 早上吃飯我和我朋友聊天説勺子，路過的食堂工作人員立刻湊過來詢問，吃完出餐廳還有位男領導詢問我們菜品啊服務啊建議啊。 總體來説非常的滿意！ 明年見！

很開心的一次旅程和入住 酒店房間空間很大 乾淨整潔 環境好 服務非常到位 從進店到離店 每個工作人員都温柔禮貌又不過多打擾 離店那天要寄東西 大堂經理？Loki為我諮詢了兩家快遞公司 妥善安排了快遞 並記住了我的名字 在門口等車的時候他主動上前詢問司機是否到達 並稱呼我的名字囑咐我慢走 因為還落東西在酒店 工作人員kiki後續聯繫我 確認落在酒店且要寄回的物品（甚至電話前我都沒意識到落東西了 非常感謝） 外賣都有送上來並沒有因為機器人在忙而讓我自己下去拿 健身房值得一誇所處位置非常靜謐 不會被路人路過或走錯等情況過多打擾 跑步機可以直接連applewatch記錄運動數據好評

酒店體驗感超級棒，房間很大，湖景也很漂亮！必須給前台超級可愛的Mia Zeng點贊👍，服務超級好，幫我們免費升級了房型，帶着五二代，還送了一個小恐龍，最最最貼心的是晚上還送了甜湯，必須點贊👍另外，演唱會真的必選東安湖，昨晚看完又在下雨，但是場館到酒店10分鐘，真的絲滑退場，別人還在排隊等車時，22:30我已經躺酒店床上了
