仕事で成都に旅行しましたが、とても快適な街でした！チェックインする前に、家主から住所のビデオとパスワードが送られてきました。ビデオに従ってB&Bの場所をすぐに見つけることができました。チェックインはとても便利でした。階下にはコンビニエンスストアがあり、周囲にはコミュニティがありました。食事をしたり買い物をするのにとても便利でした。階段の上り下りがとても便利でした。 B&Bの装飾は比較的シンプルですが、とても清潔でした。洗濯機、冷蔵庫なども完備されており、とても便利で全体的にとても良かったです。

The apartment was wonderful! The location was great to and very convenient to see all the main signts in Chengdu! The apartment had all the key amenities and was spacious - the service was great and whenever we needed anything the replies were very quick and efficient. I highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay again in the future! :)

NO ACTUAL NON SMOKING ROOMS! Pros: Looks just like the pictures and is relatively clean. Cons: My room reeked of smoke even though I ordered a non smoking room and I had to ask to get moved to another one and that one also smelled of smoke but less. When we moved to the new one the bathroom toilet smelled so horrible that I didnt even want to spend any time in there. I also had to spend an hour going back and forth with the hotel contact person showing how I didn actually ask for a non smoking room and then they acknowledged that they dont actually have non smoking rooms and mislabeled it on trip.com. Thankfully they eventually worked with me to get me my refunds for the other nights that I was booked.

Our stay in this apartment was fantastic. The location was really convenient with the metro nearby and a lot of places to eat just around the corner. The manager of the place was really helpful and efficient, any questions that you had she would answer immediately. Overall we had an amazing stay.

A very comfortable experience! The room was equipped with everything needed for an extended stay: a washing machine, fridge, microwave, and stove with all necessary appliances. The microwave, in particular, was a lifesaver and made me feel right at home. The cleaning service was available upon request, which I really appreciated for the added privacy. The bed was comfortable, and the room was nicely decorated. It was so comfortable that I honestly didn’t want to leave when it was time to check out. The no-contact check-in and check-out via WeChat made the entire process smooth and efficient. I did have to call in order to get the check-in information as I booked the hotel last minute and didn’t receive it in time for check-in. After the initial call, I received clear instructions through WeChat, and they were very responsive throughout my stay and checked in with me if I had everything I needed. There were plenty of food options right downstairs and nearby, although I mostly opted for good delivery, which was also super easy and convenient. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free long-term stay.

Facilities are ok, but some rooms are not cleanliness. There are no Bath towel in all rooms.
