ホテルの場所は非常に辺鄙な場所にあり、空港や斉楼老街からも非常に離れており、CDFからもかなり離れています。 5つ星ホテルとしては比較的小規模なホテルで、サービススタッフも少なく、エクスプレスホテルに近いので、チェックインの際は気を付けてください。浴槽カバーを届けるために、かなり待って3回も催促の電話をしましたが、誰も届けに来てくれず、待ちきれなかったのでキャンセルしました。これらのサービスはほぼ受け入れられており、人々がコメントしたり苦情を言ったりすることはありません。ひどいことに、1階のバルコニールームを予約したことです。部屋のバルコニーのドアが壊れています。夜寝る準備ができたとき、施錠が出来ていないことが分かりました。いつ侵入されるかも知れず、安全が保障されていないので、今後ホテル側で丁寧に点検、修理して欲しいと思います。 他にも、ベッドサイドの固定電話網にほこりがたくさんある、配線がベッドサイドにあり非常に悪い、バスルームの窓枠にゴミが溜まっているなど、小さな問題が次々と発生します。きれいに拭かれています。バスルームの浴槽にも掃除されていない明らかなほこりがあります。清潔さ、バスルームのドアハンドルが古いなどの問題があります。以上の問題点を提起し、ホテル側には真摯に反省し、是正されることを期待いたします。 これほど評価の高い5つ星ホテルであり、ウィンダムチェーンとしては信じられないほどの滞在体験であり、期待が大きければ大きいほど、失望も大きくなります。

部屋の衛生状態は非常に平均的で、部屋のレイアウトは無理があり、外気温は非常に高く、ホテルのロビーにはエアコンがなく、暑さは耐えられません。

食べ物は最悪で、部屋はとても混んでいました

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So worth it that I extended my stay immediately. Originally booked a short stay here, but after experiencing it, I extended my stay for another 2 nights right away. That alone says a lot. For the price, this hotel is absolutely worth it. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, everything felt properly taken care of. I was also pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my room to a king bed size, which made the stay even more comfortable. The service was consistently good throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful, making check-in, check-out, and the extension process smooth and hassle-free. Facilities were well maintained, the environment felt comfortable and welcoming, and the location was convenient. Overall, great value for money with excellent service and comfort. No regrets extending my stay, would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great place to Stay, peaceful Area

I stayed here with my family for the Chengmai half marathon. We had a 2 floor room which made it very convenient to not wake up my family when I got ready and left early for the race. Breakfast was great, our room was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I’d ask is for the hotel to provide a shuttle bus to the start of next year’s race. It was difficult to get to the start from this location because of road closures. We’ll definitely be back!

Friendly staff, nice room. I jope next year the hotel will provide shuttles for the marathon runners as it was difficult getting to get to the starting point with the closed roads.
