The guy at the reception didn’t care to offer a seat. The chair has a tattered hand rest. The hand shower in the bath is rusty. The bathroom is stinking and floor is dirty

This property is a habit of not giving hand towels unless it’s asked. Always there is an excuse telling laundry late. Safe deposit locker not available in the room. It’s look like there is shortage of locker and shifting from one to another. In our case we asked for the locker in the evening and not delivered until till we complained to the ***ager in the next day.

Booked for others, for business trip purposes. All good...

Service was excellent Facilities was good. Food was superb especially the breakfast Unfortunately, the booking i made through Trip ,com was not relayed to the hotel. When i checked in to the hotel, there was no reservation of my record there. I had to contact a friend of mine who knew the ***ager there to resolve the issue. As a result, i have to wait 1.5 hours at the lobby. It is quite a bad experience. In future, i will contact the hotel directly rather than going through a third party.

we choose savera hotel the main reason was the service, the room was very clean and hygiene,, housekeeping staff are very cooperative, and well grooming, the malgudi restaurant food was excellent especially nellore chapala pulusu ,,,,,

Great experience at Savera Chennai. Our housekeeping staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. Anytime we asked for anything, it was delivered in no time. Our rooms were always clean and tidy when we returned from our day trips. Ponram, Abraham and ***ikdas were awesome. The hotel should definitely recognize great staff like this. Malgudy restaurant was a good experience as well.

The stay is good. I came to savera 1981 was a regular guest using the swimming pool and the restaurants. After 15 yrs now back to savera. Good to see the hotel with so much facilities and the staff so friendly , like to mention Ms. Jenny for her hospitality. Keep going saver . Had a great stay

Hotel services and maintenance is exemplary. The staffs were always there to assist us. Overall, very satisfactory experience. The floor ***ager Prabhu and JENI were kind in helping us through the stay. Breakfast was great. Recommended.
