The service was very bad. The whole hotel was very empty and smelly. The service was very slow. Most of the fittings on the room was spoilt. Despite informing the hotel staff no action was taken. Overall I will never go there again and will strongly recommend anyone else from going there.

Great value for money. The hotel is right next to visa centers for Europe, US & Canada. The breakfast spread is very good, the rooms are neat and tidy. They have a couple of restaurants in the hotel as well, including a roof-top bar.

We enjoyed our stay. We wanted to have a club feel and went down to the club. They could have played tamil songs, its India and your guests are Indians, playing on and off English songs are fine but Tamil songs would really been better

Room size is very small for a longer duration of stay about 5 days continuously.
Had buffet at their restaurant, the buffet spread itself was impressive, featuring a wide array of delicious options. However, the service, or rather the lack of it, marred the dining experience. Requests for basic items like naan and drinks were met with delays, taking over 20 minutes to be fulfilled, despite repeated reminders.
Water service was minimal, provided just once with no follow-up for refills. Additionally, the staff seemed more interested in their conversations, often engaging in chatter amongst themselves, which contributed to a noisy environment dominated by staff voices rather than the ambient din of dining guests. This not only detracted from the dining experience but also created an annoying atmosphere, making it hard to enjoy the meal.
Overall, while the food at the buffet was good, the poor service and the staff's disregard for guest experience made for an unpleasant visit. A focus on improving service standards could potentially transform this into a recommendable dining destination.
