Nothing is unique of the property Did not respond in the early morning and allotted me queen bed room instead of double bed room

The Kings Park Grand is located in a convenient area to the airport and the beach, but it is also located across the street from a cool outside bar/club that blasts music until 3-4am every night. If you are a heavy sleeper, this might be fine for you, however the rooms were not well insulated for noise. Could hear conversations echoing down the hallway as well as the club music from Off the Record.

Don’t stay at this hotel. Their number is never picked up even when ********** tried to call them. The front desk person had bandage on his head and they were very nonchalant about no one picking up the phone. Smell in the rooms was terrible, they had to be asked to clean the rooms every day, blood stain was there on a pillow. Breakfast had very few options and only from 8-10 am. When asked for facility to provide airport transfer they said they didn’t provide. Also be prepared for loud music from the in-house club till 1 am. At its price a comparable room is very much available at the park hotel behind this one or ibis

Very good facility near to US embassy chennai . Good service and good breakfast.

The overall stay was good but the room size is smaller to the price of the room charged!

Horrible place. Very dirty and stinky. Had mould everywhere. Had to change rooms twice. Still nothing better. Full of mosquitos. Falsely advertised photos

The condition of family room is not good. Bathroom doors are broken, bed sheets seems never changed in recent times, closets are not ready to holds clothes, locker box itself is moving or ready to take away.

First our room wasn't available. We booked a family suite, that room wasn't available and we were offered two separate rooms. I was traveling with a minor child so that wasn't an option. Property had a lot of mold which triggered allergy attack for my child. Dirty towels were left in the bathroom. Except for ine thing that it is close to consulate. I won't recommend anyone taking this option.

The pub located downstairs tends to be quite noisy until midnight. While I appreciate that extending the check-out time depends on availability, it would be helpful if this information could be conveyed to guests in a more empathetic ***ner.
