We stayed in holidayinn algeria. Cleaning staff stole 2000 dollar cash from our room and hotel staff and security was not at all supporting to us. Not even filed an official complaint and we were asking for report. Pathetic security. Please don't trust these guys and hotel staff

No one was attentive near reception … I was waiting for something for nearly 15 minutes none of them bothered to ask and most worst thing is when I order something they jus say they don’t have those items which was kept in room service menu and more over they laugh while ordering and asking am an u speak English , this is how it goes ??

Mr. Mourad who works at spa was very energetic , helpful and hardworking. He was always smiling and paid attention to smallest details just not for me but for all the customers. I hope and wish you have more employees like him as they are an asset to your organisation.

Went here for a work trip. Hotel was very clean morning afternoon and dinner. Buffet had an excellent choice, especially the deserts. the omelette in the morning was a nice touch. staff were friendly only reason, five star not given who water in shower was not warm and even after requesting warm water 3 to 4 times no warm water was provided. There is a more nearby which has a very good food court and choice of restaurants also has a mini supermarket where you can buy essentials.

The best hotel we've ever stayed. The hotel is amazing with a fantastic rooms .The food was so delicious and ymmy. The best staff we've ever deal with. Special sencire thanks to all of you. I will be back again soon with my whole family. Take care.

We spent a night there as a business trip, the receptionist was very professional and warm, the room was very nice and clean as an IHG standard, everything was nice and clean the bathroom and wc were clean no bad smell and the hotel has a parking

Very good hotel offers everything the business traveller may want. The rooms are comfortable (the choise of firm.ir soft pillows is a a nice touch) with nice working desk. The shower is superb and the bed is comfortable. There is high speed internet. The hotel has a choise of restaurants with a descent buffet (although it does not vary much from day to day so may get boring). The breakfast is great with a very good pastry selection. The hotel also has a pool and spa. Very much appreciate the EXTRA SPECIAL effort management made to screen the Rugby World Cup final! Would certainly stay here again.

My stay was great, the staffs were friendly and accommodative! Special shout-out to the staff that took my room service order, Mr Salah Eddine, I hope this reaches out to him as he really tried his best to accommodate to my breakfast order request and made something out of the menu. Which I really appreciate. Thank you so much! Thank you, all! Will come again when I’m back to Algiers.

This place is located 40 minutes drive from airport. Wifi is 24X7 . Has ATM inside. With 2 fine dining restaurant on roof top . Gym . Hamam .. Spa is another option. Located 2 minutes walk from Garden City Mall.. I would like to appreciate hard work and courteous nature of reception staff Mr. AMINE , Mr. HICHIME , Mr. Babar . World class service! They took care of smallest things like food , beverages, in room service, local area introduction, and many more .. which was really exceptional. ! Great work guys . !! 10 star ⭐ to all of you. Keep up Holiday Inn hiring such a great staff who keeps service before self! 5 star ✨ ! Would love to visit soon .

Very nice welcome by LOUIZA at the reception. Excellent restaurant Meals at the 101 and friendly service. Breakfast is a great spread. The Hotel has a beautiful pool indoor and outdoor. The gym is very well equipped and has everything that one would want. Alongside the hotel there is a fantastic mall garden city where one can take a walk and shop .
