The pillow case and sheets had stains. The carpet in the room under the table hasn’t been vacuumed in a long time. The lobby sells like pool chlorine

Love this hotel. It is close to shopping and food. They have live music in the evening and the bar has good drinks. Room is clean. Comfortable bed and they provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Room itself wasn’t cleanly a lot of dents in furniture and grim it shower. Receptionists were not very hospitable.

Needed a last minute stay for a few days that was able to also accommodate my lil fur baby. The staff was so welcoming to him.

After being up for 29 hours and a long flight, i arrived at the hotel before noon. I asked if there was any chance i could check in early. The night before they had a full house and hadn't cleaned the rooms yet. They provided me an excellent room within 20 minutes! This staff goes way beyond

The staff was incredibly friendly, the cleanliness impeccable, and the overall vibe was chill and cool. The modern ambiance and quiet atmosphere is made for a relaxing experience. The well-appointed bar and the outstanding indoor pool were definite highlights. Highly recommend!

Could use some updates, breakfast a bit expensive. No coffee for the in room coffee maker

Second stay here. We love live music, even tipped the musician. However, we did not like that we had to listen to it in our room as we had an early morning and were ready to go to sleep. The music also seemed to bring in a loud group enjoying the bar. Again, all good, unless you can hear it when trying to sleep. The room was also too warm, adjusting the thermostat did not change the temperature.

First of all our room was very cold. Turn the thermostat to 82° its highest point. Exited to viist my brother for thanks Thanksgiving. Returned several hours latet with no change. Reported this to the front desk! Very apologetic but couldn't solve the problem. Offered extra blankets for the night. Next morning moved us to another room! My fiancee complained the entire night about freezing. It was more comfortable in the hall outside of the room.
