完璧でした、文句のつけようがありません。

部屋が暗く、窓からの景色もほとんど見えません。ビジネス利用の部屋なのに機能せず、全く気に入りませんでした。

予約したファミリールームには小さなバルコニーが付いています。私は個人的にホテルのデザイン、工業的で芸術的なスタイルが好きです。 1階はカフェと朝食ルームで、屋内と屋外の庭園で構成されています。毎朝朝食をとり、庭でコーヒーや紅茶を飲むのはとても快適です😌部屋もとても清潔です。ご夫婦で経営されているようで、店主さんもとても優しい方です。昨日、30分遅れたのでエレファントハウスのスタッフのお迎えを待っていると、上司が率先して相談の電話をくれました。しばらく待っていると、車が２台迎えに来てくれました（笑）。実際、最初の人は遅刻し、もう一人は電話で連絡がありました。全体として、素晴らしい経験でした。機会があれば、またここに滞在したいと思います。

ニマンに近く、とても良いロケーション、清潔な部屋、良いサービススタッフ。

Hotel was centrally located, close to restaurants and entertainment options. Staff were also friendly and helpful, although the room could have been better lit.

Room lighting was too dark at night. Curtains were not black out so room was bringt in the morning. Bed was excellent. Pillows and comforter were perfect.

Nice hotel on Nimman road. Close to restaurant and cafe. Very convenience with reasonable price. Highly recommend.

No basic amenities for example a toothbrush and a toothpaste. Location is in the heart of the city. No 24-hour staff to troubleshoot your requests.

Nice simple place rucked away from the busy side of niman area. Nothing much to comment about the room as it has the badic necessities. There are also food choices near by and a mall close by. I will return to stay at this place again.

The hotel's restaurant wasn't even open during the stay. Completely overpriced and not worth it.

Absolutely excellent hotel. Room was spotless, and location perfect - great restaurants and bars on the doorstep and old part of Chiang Mai easily walkable. Plenty of variety at breakfast with friendly efficient service throughout my stay. Many thanks to all the staff.
