オムニ シカゴ ホテル(Omni Chicago All Suites Hotel-Magnificent Mile)

Room quality doesn't receive 4 star. Carpeting cuts and leaks from hot water faucets unexpected. Bar food instead of full co**** meal for evening meal on Saturday disappointing.!!! Will consider different hotel next visit.

Daniel at the front desk was very helpful, he put us in a great room with a view of the city and the lake. The room was very clean and comfortable. He offered very useful suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing and had a lot of knowledge about the city’s history.

It is always an easy check in when Daniel, Omni Chicago, is working. He greets you with a smile, makes you feel welcome and is professional and personable. I am someone who stays often & I’m acknowledged by name as soon as I get off the elevator. The hotel and rooms are clean. The doormen are approachable and helpful.

Fantastic location in the heart of downtown Chicago. From the doorman, to front desk, to the restaurant, everyone at the Omni made sure we had an excellent experience in Chicago. Shout out to Daniel, who gave us great advice that made our St. Paddy's Day amazing!

This hotel is in a Great location and within walking distance to a lot of good places to shop and also within walking distance to great places to eat as well. the staff is Really Great as soon as you arrive at the front door. the doorman that's there has been ther for a while and provides a Really, Really Great service for the hotel and helps the guest with directions to how and where to get on the boat rides, places to eat, etc. the staff at the front desk do a really good job. the rooms are always well kept. the bartenders are really good too.

This Omni Hotel is in a GREAT location within walking distance to all the great places to shop and really close to a lot of great and different places to eat. everyone is great to deal with, from the doorman to the front desk staff. the doorman has been there for a while and he provides great service and help for the hotel and to the guest that are staying there.

The Omni hotel is ideally located for central access to the North Michigan Ave businesses and attractions. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and quite helpful. The doormen are quick to help and always very pleasant. On my visit, Daniel was handling a very vey busy front desk as well as phone calls and special requests!

Great location; spacious and clean room. Great customer service. Front desk Receptionists Joanne-check in and Daniel-check out, were pleasant and accommodating. Valet attendant Louis was efficient and Bellhops/attendants Javier and Mirhan were top-notch, attentive and personable.

Location of this hotel os great, big rooms, clean. We would stay here again!!! Room was ready early. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. Daniel at the front desk went above and beyond our expectations!!! Thank you!!! Hope to be back soon!
