Very friendly and welcoming staff. Jorge went above and beyond both during check in and the following day. Hotel appears to be quite new and there were no problems with anything.

Everything was excellent, Mechelle the front desk person was very polite on my registration. Jonathan he used to clean my room, he made a very good job, Costal del Sol are the best Hotels. I hope very soon they open one Costa del Sol in Tacna-Peru

I have to admit I was a bit hesitant tl stay here since I normally stay in a different hotel. Breakfast options were good, the juices need to be better too much water on some of them. Overall, all employees always greet you by your name and make you feel welcome. I did the massage which I would def reccommed. Will def stay here again.

Being my birthday, the staff sent a piece of cake, very nice and unexpected. All the staff here was extremely helpful, friendly and very pleasant. Stay at their hotel in Lima and here, both go out of their way to make you stay pleasant. Highly recommend!!!

The air condition was leaking inside the room the breakfast room very small and had to wait 40 minutes to go in. the cleaning person was nocking the door early morning to clean the room ,no respect and finally when i was checking out i want to get my bill recipt and they told me i have to ask to the company who i make the reservation with.totaly desappointed.

The hotel was good but I was expecting a bigger pool and gym and at least hot water for the jacuzzi and pool, great for sleep but not for enjoyment in an inside room. Not too much to expect from a building hotel. The staff was the best since opening the parking gate and the breakfast was so delicious. Thanks!

Staff was very kind and nice ! So respectful. But the tv remote didn’t work and I asked the front desk and still did nothing.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good. We did have a plumbing issue, but the staff responded within minutes after I reported it.
