Very cozy and great value, highly recommend

The hotel was very clean and beds were comfy so would stay there again. They also offered breakfast. Only thing that was an issue was the Television channels didnt come in unless you watched local.

What a great stay! Very friendly people. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a bonus. And the location is so close to downtown New Buffalo and a stones throw away from Four Winds ****** in which a free shuttle is provided and so convenient! Will definitely stay here again!

Staff were great. Very attentive. Property is dingy. TV didn't work and was suggested I press the red button to reset the satellite. So recovering from hip surgery - that meant moving the desk and reaching way behind other stand too heavy to move. And it didn't work anyway. Screen on ground floor window torn and hanging off. TV channel guide was not only sticky but inaccurate for what was supposedly provided.

It does the job for a night. Bed was concrete. Bathroom light smelled of electrical burning of wires. Vending machine was out of most drinks. Ceiling was concave, paint was coming off the walls and ceilings. They should really invest and upgrade that place. Mildew in bathroom and pool area. Staff was great! No complaints with them. Continental breakfast was meh. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Was not a good stay. The water got cold after 5 min into showering. The Jacuzzi tub in the room is for a kid and the water does not stay warm enough to even want to soak in the Jacuzzi tub. There were cob webs and dust throughout the room. Hair all over the shower. Also the T.V remote did not change the channels, only worked for the volume! Very unhappy after I was traveling a while and was ready to relax.

We had a jacuzzi room here because we came to gamble at the four winds. It was nice. No complaints. The hotel is a little dated but priced appropriately.

This was the worst hotel stay I think I have ever experienced. The hotel was dirty inside and out there where used diapers laying in the bushes to dead bugs in the room. The room was so hot when you walked in that you felt like you were in a sauna the thermostat did not function properly it was either super-hot or super cold in the room it was impossible to get a comfortable temperature. Due to the conditions at this hotel my wife and I chose to leave a day early and drive home.
