We stayed there for 5 days, it was fine. Food and service was good. Special mention Mr. Ravi (production) was very friendly and helped us with best food. Thanks to all staff from F&B, Housekeeping and coffee house. There are 3 different restaurants inside the hotel. Food Prices are expensive but fine once in a while.

Stayed as family and found surprisingly good rooms, service, and the restaurant. Particularly the roof top restaurant is fantastic. Authentic cuisine. Great service. Polite and helpful staff. Have a coffee shop, what else you need. If at all to mention, room service can be started a little early ( Now 7.30)

The restaurant was one of the best parts of the hotel. The service at the restaurant was excellent.... Ali and Khan took made sure that we had an amazing experience!!!! Kids also had a good time playing, cycling and the staff were very friendly.

We had very vey very good food over there cooked by Chandra sekar we really wanted meet him and greet but unfortunately his shift got over really appreciate food taste. The way of service from Mohammed is good by suggesting their signature foods and would like to greet ***ager Mr.Ali he is also kind and very supportive thanks team.

The food was pretty good and the service frm su***th was good too over all it was a nice experience and good place to click pictures the snacks are yum and also budget friendly items and the service from su***th was friendly..................

Starter was yummy. Ovel all the taste of the food was good. Very well maintained decent place to visit with family. Nice service by staff specially saroja and mohammad. They were so professional and humble. Nice ambience. Best restaurant in chikkamagalur.

Super nice service especially at zesto restaurant... Saroja ***** with the rest of the staff were helpful and super sweet..nice selection of items on the menu.. rooms as well as the ambience was very nice.. Will definitely visit again n recommend others to as well..

Had an awesome stay at the hotel. Spacious clean rooms, courteous staff and good breakfast spread with vegetable and fruit juices did make a lot of difference for us. Hotel premise had ample space for car parking and is well maintained. I highly recommend this place.
