We had a fantastic experience at The Gateway Taj, Chikmagalur! Their hospitality was truly warm and welcoming throughout our stay. I would like to especially thank Mr. Debanjan Basu for his kind gestures and proactive assistance. The serene ambience of the location thoroughly captivated us, making our stay very pleasant.

We had a great experience!! The property was well maintained n staff behaviour was exemplary . Food was just too good. Waiting to visit again . We had a Labrador with us n the staff took extra care to make out stay a memorable 😊

Great experience. Wonderful hospitality. Clean and great environment. We stayed for two nights. From the time of check in to check out the experience was great. Ambience, parking facility, dining area are all really nice. Great place if you want to visit with your family and kids. It is away from the town center but not too far either

We had a great stay with Gateway Chikmagalur where the pros and cons are as follows: Pros: 1) Neat and Clean rooms. 2) Newspaper at the door every morning 3)Hig tea in the evening is really good to have while watching the sunset. 4) Polite staff. 5) good music and games every evening by prasanna. 6)Birds chirping all around 7) Good nature walk around Cons: 1) Overpriced buffet for dinner with respect to quality. 2)

My stay at Taj Gateway in Chikmagalur exceeded all expectations. The flawless room service, the warmth of the staff, the enjoyable activities, delectable cuisine, and the immaculate beauty of the property made it a truly exceptional experience. The fact that the hotel is pet-friendly added to its charm, and I am already contemplating a return with my family. Our recent stay at Gateway Chikmagalur-IHCL SeleQtions was really wonderful. Just imagine a weekend trip with our closest friends and family, starting with a nice drive from Bangalore on pretty roads. The place itself felt like a dream, with its beautiful surroundings making it perfect for us to relax. We spent lazy afternoons chilling by the pool, and the rooms were super comfy, making us feel like we were at a second home. Mornings were great, waking up to a yummy breakfast that had something for everyone. But the best part was the high tea by the pool, where we enjoyed our favorite Chikmagalur coffee while watching the sun go down. It wasn't just a regular staycation; it was a bunch of moments that became special memories. Gateway Chikmagalur-IHCL SeleQtions is more than just a place to stay; it's a spot we'll always remember with fondness.

The service was outstanding. A perfect rejuvenation for us. The service from the staff at spa to the restaurant all were impeccable. I would highly recommend others to experience the same. The Tajness was at its best!

We stayed from the the 2nd to the 4th of February. The room assigned was really good. The size of the room and overall layout was a win. The restaurant experience was the highlight for us. Ram, ***n and Rahul made each dining experience unique. They were Happy to setup a table next to the pool, or bonfire or even a table of our choice in the restaurant. We tried all local dishes and they were truly brilliant. ***jula Gautham and the front desk staff were so prompt and are check in and check out experience was top notch. I couldn't get the name of the house keeping staff - he was a gem as well. The other activities that we enjoyed were rabit and duck feeding, cycling and the bonfire and music. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxed weekend.

Stayed here for two nights, on a holiday to Karnataka. We had a triple room with a garden sit out. It was excellent. When we checked it we request house keeping for some extra covers and some coffee mug etc. Was amazed that things were delivered within five minutes! The staff all over, check in, housekeeping and at the restaurant were really willing to please and as we were setting out early the last day we requested our breakfast to be packed. It was unbelievable how well they did this. It’s a beautiful property and very well ***aged too. Worth recommending
