We absolutely loved our stay at Macciangrosso last week. We stayed in one of the apartments for 2-nights and wish we had planned to stay longer. The location is so peaceful and relaxing. The apartments are perfect for families with great facilities to make the stay really comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring the Val D'orcia region which was the focus of our trip. Lastly but definitely not least, the staff are so friendly and helpful. They are so welcoming and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. What a perfect stay! Grazie!

Wonderful time. Wonderful custodian hosts, Dorel and Elena. The grounds, the gardens, the pool, patios all magnificently kept and delightful. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was perfect for 2 people. So clean and fres. We would return in an instant. Grazie Mille Macciangrosso!

We were the 5th time there and it is magic. The weather, the calm and the great service provided by Elena and Dorell cannot be topped. There are many possibilities to start journeys and to discover the beautifull Tuscany. We already look forward to spend again one or two weeks next year there. Thank you our vacation was excellent.

This was a beautiful gem in the Tuscany hills! Our hosts were delightful and the grounds were impeccable. The room the views the pool the breakfast everything was perfect!

Beautiful country house set in stunning gardens with a large beautiful pool. We stayed in Miravalle 1 which was a lovely 2 bed apartment with a private terrace overlooking the countryside. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with a lovely modern bathroom with a large shower. The air con was brilliant at night so we could sleep well but generally the apartment never got too hot. The grounds are stunning and really well maintained with so many flowers and fountains - we saw so many butterflies! There is a large supermarket and some shops about 10mins drive although the area is so peaceful you would never know! The pool is big and was always really clean and there are lots of sun beds and umbrellas. We loved our week here and would recommend - we would definitely return. Dorel the on-site caretaker was a lovely gentleman and was around if you had any problems.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel per diversi giorni, per visitare la val d’orcia e siamo stati benissimo, personale gentile e disponibile, ottima colazione, camere pulite e curate ottime per rilassarsi, bellissimo il giardino e per finire molto bella anche la piscina.

Io, mia moglie e i nostri amici abbiamo passato tre giorni piacevoli grazie alla struttura gestita in modo impeccabile da Dorel e sua moglie Elena. Un’esperienza da provare di nuovo

 La struttura è immersa nel verde, con una splendida vista sulle colline circostanti. L'atmosfera è molto tranquilla e rilassante, ideale per chi cerca una fuga dalla città.Le camere sebbene piccole Sono funzionali con mobili d'epoca. Insomma si respira l'aria di un casale del XVI secolo.Dorel oltre che essere il custode e colui che, insieme alla moglie, si interessa del perfetto funzionamento della struttura. Bravo. Se Torneremo in Toscana faremo sicuramente tappa nuovamente al Casale Macciangrosso
