15/05/24 We are having a great time here, after the Kids Disco we had a Parrot Show which the children and parents alike really enjoyed. We spent all day around the quieter pool and had a great day. The food is really good from breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner, tonight we had Roast Lamb . Air con works well and rooms are kept spotless in fact the whole resort is kept very clean, you even get someone coming around with glasses cleaner very handy when getting sun cream smears on your sunglasses.

From the Saturday night when we arrived we had the best time until the very minute our coach was waiting outside to pick us up. Myself, my mum and my step dad had such a good time and was gutted when the week had come to an end. Everywhere was always kept so clean ! Entertainment and music was always happening throughout the day with the option for anyone to get involved, one entertainment staff in particular Roy managed to get me and my mum up to do aqua aerobic in the pool and even volleyball on the last day. He was always very friendly and took the time to come over and have a chat to make sure you were having a good time. The restaurants were really good plenty of food options and always kept so clean. For our first time in Cyprus its was such a good experience we want to come back to this hotel again but next time for longer. Thank you for an amazing holiday !!!

We visited the Leonardo Laura in April 2024 as a family of two adults and a 20 month old child. The check in was quick and easy and when we got in the room we realised just how small it was, comparable to other hotels we have stayed at. The first night, we realised a few things……… The hotel does NOT have aircon turned on until the 1st May. I was lied to by the night manager after going down and saying it wasn’t working who tried fobbing me off by saying he would have to speak to the manager tomorrow to get it turned on, instead of just telling me that it’s hotel policy not to turn it on until May. Now, after spending over £2k for a week, am I daft for wanting aircon in a room that at night was reading 27oc on our baby temp gauge? The solution was to keep our landing window open during the night, which is where several other problems arose…. Now if you stay at the hotel, DO NOT STAY AT A ROOM THAT FACES INLAND. The road outside is NOISY and the hotel plays the most annoying piano music ALL NIGHT at the front of the hotel. I have 0 idea why they do this but needless to say, we got no sleep and had to go down three times before they turned the music off at 01:30am The other problem is that due to having to keep the door open all night, you’ll get eaten alive by mosquitos! I paid for an upgrade the next day to have a sea view room hoping it would be quieter, which it was. The room, however, was just as small. I asked for a fan in the room and I was told this was not possible due to excessive demand (I wonder why). Whilst I was at reception I heard multiple other persons querying why there was no aircon as it was hot in the rooms. The hotel itself is lovely, the staff are great and the food is VERY good for an all inclusive. It’s not Michelin but there is a great variety and it rotated enough to keep everyone happy. The pools grounds and general decor are very clean and well maintained. It’s just the whole experience about the aircon and the battle to try and get basic amenities like a fan left a bit of a bitter taste in my mouth.

Ask for a lower floor as it gets extremely hot on the fifth floor corridor. The evening shows were very good. Professional dancers and singers - cabaret shows, parrot show, mini discos. Everywhere is very clean and the cleaning staff (Gelina Elpida Artemi) are very nice ♡ :) Waterpark is fun! Well run. Snacks are plentiful, varied and available all day. Cocktails 🍸 are good. However the food is not as good as everyone claims in my opinion. Choice of restaurants are good though - one with sunset views! I'd recommend taking a trip to Coral Bay beach. It won't disappoint! Bus stop right outside hotel - 15 minutes on bus to either Coral Bay or Paphos town in the other direction. Harbour is lovely.

Entertainment great for kids loved the mini disco, cabaret, fire show and lots more, lovely hotel and decent food! Always had something for everyone, good variety of pools. Need to be up early to get decent sun loungers as reserving with towels is a thing, Would stay again!

Great vacation. Hotel is clean, well maintained. Nice environment, lot's of things to do especially with children. We had a great time and fun by the water park . Food is excellent, tasty and various. Burger restaurant recommended. On departure was offfered a curtency room for shower. Special mention for Guest Relation team and Porters.We had a great time.

To start we checked in woth no hassel what so ever higlighted our concerns with stuff like cots ect. We must of had 3 diffrent people come to our room to check we settled. The staff are so friendly and helpful will do anything to help. Only had one bad experience when one of the restraunt staff talked down to my 7 year old cause she droped her plate. Wife handeled the situation .. DO NoT MESS WITH MUMMA BEARS CUBS lol. Place is amazingly clean even the cleaner to the rooms are so friendly and work around you and your busy famaily. Food is of good standard.... I wouldnt say amazing but deffo enjoyable.... we enjoyed the snack bars the best all through the day winner for the kids. Facility are good the family loved the water park.... not massive but a decent size to keep kids entertained and wanting to go back. Bars ... if there was a que for one just a short walk to the next then again more super friendly staff waiting to help. ADVISE if your a picky alchole drinker upgrade to the gold package for brand name alchole if not standard all inclusive is enough. ONLY big downside to this is the same mentality of most hotels that every one gets up to reserve there sunbed woth a towel. As I'm writing this there is two sun bed next to me with towels and no one has sat on them all day. Hotel could police this more and remove towel first thing in the morning if no one sat there or in the pool. Overall great place to holiday would recomend to others. Thank you leonardo laura.

We were in the hotel for weekend. The hotel is amazing, staff attentive and friendly.Hotel management takes care of special needs.Thanks Sotiris for taking care of us. Definitely will be back soon but this time longer and with all the family

This resort has everything and wont disappoint! Excellent customer service, great entertainment both day and night for all ages. Beautiful throughout. Water Park on site, number of bars. 5 * food from home served all day. Restaurants and a on site shop. Due to the amazing environment, everyone visiting is friendly so be prepared to make some new amazing friends. A must go to hotel that will make you want to stay. Thank you for an amazing time
