Ir is not so bad, but it doesn’t quite match the price. It’s a bit noisy and they didn’t take credit cards, that sort of ruined it. No coffee in the room. Otherwise it’s ok.

Beautiful room with a view of the pyramid in Cholula, easy walking to Cholula zocalo and pyramid, restaurants, etc... The room did get a little warm without air conditioning and strong sun during the day.

The room and bathroom was very old, super noisy and the bathroom didn't have an outlet. The room was super cold that we weren't able to sleep. You have to pay for the breakfast and wasn't good at all. The hotel has a good location and the staff was friendly.

This hotel is in an excellent location. Staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean. I was just very disappointed that they don’t take credit cards as a form of payment and as a tourist you only carry around a limited amount of cash.

Quick and easy check-in. Clean and cozy room. Really close to turistic attractions.

The front desk staff was rude and unaccommodating. Though we arrived around 3:30 pm, about 30 minutes after check in began, he claimed there was only one room without a window available by the noisy lobby. He also claimed that they only accepted cash, even though neither ********** nor the hotel indicated this. There was a lot of noise in the lobby restaurant and rooftop restaurant/club until 11 pm at night.

The staff are the nicest people you could meet. We let them know we had a CAR ahead of time, so they held a parking space for us. Parking is INSIDE the bldg and limited so letting them know in advance is a good idea. This was in late January, chilly, a portable heater was in the room, and that was sufficient. The bath is nicely tiled, fairly large. The bed is comfortable and has a small balcony. I highly recommend this place. Out the front door, take a left. First block, take a right. Up by the park area on the left, you will see an X0 mart, which has drinks that you can put in the frig. Dining: Out the front door, turn left, first block, turn left. Go down until you see HSBC bank. Across the street is a park. Walk down the street alongside the park, one block, and you will see on the corner a GREAT restaurant. We had breakfast and dinner here most days. If you have a car be CAREFUL in town about parking. Most places have parking in lots.
