病院が近すぎるので嫌です。地下鉄の駅を出るとホテルは見えませんでしたが、チェックインの際にフロントのおばちゃんに「病院が近くにあると知っていたら近づかないでください。」と言いました。 「病院に行くなら、予約したくないです。」彼女は、今そこに滞在する必要はないと言いました。それだけです。Zhefei のフロントデスクのサービス態度。病院に近いのが苦手な人が多いのではないでしょうか？トイレに入った瞬間、尿の臭いがしました。お部屋には歯ブラシ、スリッパ等はございません。今回のZhe Feiには非常に残念ですが、フロントデスクはそのような話をしなかったのでコメントしたくありません。チェックインは8月7日の16:00以降となります。

ホテルは素晴らしいロケーションにあります。部屋にチェックインした後、騒音はあまりにも明らかで、外の交通量は言うに及ばず、2階でシャワーを浴びているときに水が滴るまで部屋に水が流れる音が続きました（後で部屋を変更しました）。貧弱すぎたし、乾いた音を防ぐために水道管を強化すべきではなかった。合格。サービススタッフはとても熱心で、チェックインの際には率先してコーヒーを淹れてくれます☕️ 何か困ったことがあれば、できる限り解決してくれます。

部屋は狭いですが、設備が充実していてサービスも行き届いています、毎晩軽食が出ます、コーヒーが美味しい、朝食の種類が少ない、清潔で衛生的です、食事も十分にあります、旅行に便利です。向かいには地下鉄駅、解放碑長江ケーブルウェイ、湖広羅漢寺、クラブハウスが徒歩圏内にあります。しかし、周囲の騒音や遮音性が悪く、夜道を通るバイクや車の音、上の階の宿泊客の入浴音、道端の小さな店が閉まる音、通行人の話し声、向かいの店の改装工事の音、次々と鳴り止まない。

非常に不満です！ ！医療施設やサービスに非常に不満があります。特別にダブルルーム（18～22平米のはず）を予約したのに、与えられた部屋はスーツケースも入れられないほどでした。部屋には何もなく、鏡もバスローブもなく、1枚未満の部屋でした。まず、部屋に入った瞬間から部屋の臭いがひどく、窓が開いているのに開いていないような状態でした。壁に向かってオープン！一番気になるのは騒音がとてもうるさく、一晩中あらゆる騒音が響き渡り、休むことができません。ランドリーサービスと書いてありますが、実際には洗濯機が2台あるランドリールームがあり、メッセージを残した後、ラインマンが洗濯した衣類を部屋まで運んでくれると書いてありますが、実際にはそんなことはありません。洗った衣類は汚れた衣類かごに入れて洗濯します。落とし穴には注意してください。最後に、朝食について触れなければなりませんでしたが、残念でした。何もありませんでした。数ドル出してホテルの階下のラーメンを買った方が良かったです。

All contact staff are very good, helpful even some communication language problems. The free coffee is nice. Breakfast is good in taste and healthy ingredients. The room is clean, very good price . Hotel is near metro and several traveling spots.

This hotel always pleases. The reception personnel is very polite .Location is close to Hongyadong.

Hotel is conveniently located near a metro. Hotel room is clean and they change the towels everyday. Breakfast buffet was good too with a reasonable selection.

It's walking distance to a number of places of interest. Staff here is helpful. Chinese style breakfast. The overall ambience is dark. Near metro station.

Such a cool hotel, I loved staying there!! The staff was really nice and helpful, and the location was great. The hotel is right in the city center next to Hongya cave and just few meters from exit nr 7 of the metro, getting there from the Northern train station was simple and fast, and so it was moving around the main attractions of the city! I loved the old style atmosphere, the leather trim and all the small details, the room was very well-furnished, comfy and clean. A good breakfast was also included, and even if the great majority of dishes was salty and Chinese-style, there were also some nice options for Western tastes, so I really appreciated it! At the lobby you can enjoy a free cup of American coffee during the day, which is such a nice idea! I really loved this hotel and I totally recommend it!
