Booked a room with tatami mats upstairs but did not receive this room. The windows should have been closed in January or the curtains left open so guests could see the windows need to be closed to keep the room warm. The upper level was much warmer than the lower level. The hotel was good about arranging a ride to the airport and the breakfast was pretty good even if options were somewhat limited. Every (or most) two units share an unnecessary common door which will loudly bang in the morning if the people in the neighbouring unit get up early and go in and out through this door without leaving it open.
