重慶嘉璽江景ホテル（解放碑洪崖洞）に泊まった方の口コミ・宿泊体験

立地は少し不便で、タクシーを利用する必要があります。川沿いのエリア全体が複数のホテルに分かれて管理されているようです。エレベーターは3基しかなく、上り下りに時間がかかることもしばしばです。1階の受付の方は親切で感じが良かったです。部屋は広くて快適でしたが、清潔感は乏しかったです。テーブルにはベタベタしたものが散らばり、バスルームの排水溝にはゴミや髪の毛が溜まり、椅子の下には埃が積もっていました。インターネットも繋がりませんでした。唯一美しかったのは夜景でした。

当初は3泊予約していました。予約前にレビューを読んで、写真は良さそうに見えたのですが、明らかにフォトショップかコンピューターで加工されたものだったので、ためらってしまいました。ホテル名を追加して実際の写真もお願いしましたが、提供されませんでした。ホテルの清潔さについても尋ねましたが、検討するように言われました。両親を連れて行くのは初めてで、リバービューと書いてあったので、それほど悪くないだろうと思っていました。ところが…なんと、まるで1990年代初頭のホテルのようでした。リバービューはありましたが、窓は汚れ、ケトルも汚れ、何もかもが不衛生でした。ソファには汗の臭いまで漂っていました。最後の2泊はキャンセルすることにしました…その後、カスタマーサービスから、良いレビューを書くと赤い封筒がもらえるとか、コメントを書けなくなるとか言われました。まさにモラルハッキングです。やっと、良いレビューと関係のない写真がどこから来たのか理解できました。もう一つの寝室のベッドは、ベッドの足元から壁までわずか10センチしかありませんでした。横に傾いて渡らなければなりませんでした。実際の体験は写真よりもさらにひどいものでした。サービスはまずまずで、フロントで解決できる問題ではないことは承知していますが、この偽写真の行為にはうんざりです。これまでで最もがっかりした宿泊体験でした。Ctripのプラットフォームにレビュー機能があればいいのですが。AIによるレンダリングのような写真が増えています。

素晴らしいホテルで、部屋も広々としていて、スタッフは親切でフレンドリーでした。ただ、部屋は少し汚かったです。でも、短い滞在だったので大丈夫でした👍 料金に見合う価値はありました

一体何事だ！宿泊から1日も経たないうちにチェックアウトした。6月2日にチェックインしたのに、請求は6月1日分だった。数時間後の午後2時に電話がかかってきて、チェックアウトを促された。なぜ事前に連絡してくれなかったのかと尋ねると、面倒をかけたくなかったとのこと。チェックイン時間もチェックアウト時間も教えてくれなかった。通常、どのホテルでもチェックアウトは翌日の正午。電話がかかってきた時は既に外出中で、戻る術もなかった。旅行全体が台無しになった。フロントから電話がかかってきて、荷物をまとめるように強要された。対応は最悪だった。悪い評価だ。

口コミを参考にこのホテルを予約しました。数時間滞在するだけだったので、期待はしていなかったものの、値段を考えると悪くないだろうと思っていました。しかし、チェックイン後、以下の印象を受けました。 1. 設備は古く、照明も薄暗い。 2. 衛生状態が悪かった。前の宿泊客が使っていた歯ブラシとミネラルウォーターの蓋がそのまま残っており、便座はぬめりで覆われ、その他は埃まみれだった。 3. ホテルのすぐ隣で地下鉄工事が行われており、リバービューの部屋を予約していなかったため、かなり騒音がひどかった。リバービューの部屋はもっと騒音が気になるかもしれない。 4. 交通の便はあまり良くなかったが、普段はタクシーを利用するので問題ない。他の宿泊客のためにメモとして残しておく。 5. ホテルのスタッフは、良いレビューや苦情を書いてもらうための小さな赤い封筒を返却しようとしたが、できなかった。このことを他の宿泊客にも伝えたいと思った。結局レビューを参考に予約しました。

We had an amazing stay here! The apartment was spacious, clean, and the service was excellent. However, it would be great to have a coat rack for our jackets, as well as a clothes rail to hang all the loose hangers lying around. A small fridge would also be a nice addition. Other than that, everything was perfect! 🫶

We booked this hotel late at night around 2 am. We were a group of 6 friends, and only needed a place to sleep for one night. The staff was present for us when we came, and kept contact with us when needed through messages, and were quick to answer. We had 3 double beds in the same room, and there was enough space for us, but we didn't have any big luggage. The hotel was nice and clean. The view of the city through the window was also pretty at night. And it was cheap!

Heating did not work so well, and the window did not close well, water in shower took a while to get away. But other than that, good place.

there's the reception at the ground floor unlike many hotel in China that you need to go up to certain floor (which didn't have this info before) to check in. The room rate is very cheap. Although the hotel doesn't have the restaurant, however in front of the building , there're a few restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner if you dont want to go far for a meal. It's very cheap and pretty good. If you want to take the taxi to this Hotel it's better to have the name in Chinese or the location on your phone for the taxi driver. The room is good for staying overnight, enough space, clean and gave you so many botltes of water. The View from the room is good, can see the river and the beautiful building opposite side of the river. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Overall we had a good stay, but the amenities are old and the room was not very clean. It's a very cheap room, so you get what you pay for. The front desk and cleaning staff was kind and responsive. The location was good, close to the city centre but far enough to be quiet. Our room had a view on the river, which was nice. Note that the hotel is nearly impossible to find for foreigners, as there is no English sign and the entrance is through the back.

Overall is good and clean although not many things being provided by the hotel. Laundry service was not provided although pictures posted in the website.
