"This is the second time we have stayed here. Kalliopi and her husband are wonderful hosts. Rooms are lovely. Top floor has great views but the ground floor also has a lovely view with own little courtyard. Transfers to and from the port are timely and efficient. Rooms are refreshed daily. Local recommendations are made and nothing is too much trouble. We had a wonderful stay. Folegandros is a wonderful small island. Highly recommended"

"We have just had a delightful 2 nights in Folegandros at this very well run small hotel. Everything was immaculately clean and well maintained. Powerful shower with lots of hot water. Thoughtful touches like replenishing our room with large bottles of water and providing towels for the beach. Dimitris the manager/? owner was super helpful, responding to messages, providing advice and arranging pick up and transfer back to the port. Peaceful ambiance in June .. the area round the pool is very attractive and the flowers are beautiful. As pool is not heated it was a little chilly as it was so early in June when we stayed , but would be a bonus to have a pool on a very hot day. Also on arrival we were delighted that our triple room also had two private terraces including sunbeds. All in all a great stay. Folegandros itself is absolutely charming. Very quiet and sleepy at most times of day but comes alive in the evening when small shops open up and the restaurants in the squares and alleys get going. There were enough people here in early June to create an atmosphere without feeling any need to book anything ahead. So far on this trip we have visited Mykonos, Paros and Santorini … if you want to feel you have escaped from the world come to Folegandros. Thank you Dimitris and the team at the Polikandia."

"We were travelling with friends from Australia and we had 4 rooms. Having Spiros and his mini van on site for hire was very helpful to transport us around the island and for restaurant recommendations. The owner Costas was also responsive and helpful with all our queries. The staff were extremely helpful, the location was excellent, rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Definitely recommend!"

From the homemade welcome lemonade, the delicious breakfast freshly made and served to our balcony on daily basis-meeting GF dietary requirements-to the top brand toiletries, it's all been given the utmost care and attention. The location is perfect in a quiet area, yet 5min away from the beautiful Chora of Folegandros. We loved the traditional architect, the consistent commitment to sustainability, and thoughtfully decorated and extremely comfortable and clean rooms.
