The hotel was new and fresh and comfortable. The room was very nice and bed and pillows comfortable. Will stay here again.

My kids had fun at this hotel. Would have given higher ratings if they didn’t have the AC on in the pool room. Or maybe the heat wasn’t working. Same for the hallways. COLD. The windows do not hold the cold out either in the breakfast area or our room where we stayed.

The only issue was the floor of the shower was slippery. The property was very nice. I have never stayed at a Best Western before. We will stay there again when we go to visit our family.

The room had an awful smell to it that we couldn't get rid of.
When we asked for specific details as to what would be charged we were lied to.

Nice property. Very clean. Staff very efficient and pleasany. Our room was just down the hall from the housekeeping office so it was a bit noisy and the highway can be heard in the rooms at night.

I was not empresses. We weren’t able to sleep in the bed due to finding bed bugs. I informed the front desk about the issue and nothing was done to accommodate us. The front desk clerk didn’t chang the room or offered a refund.i showed him pictures of the bed bugs and still nothing was done. I don’t recommend this hotel to NO ONE!!
