第二次住這裏了。淡季的緣故吧，大堂和前廳在裝修，早餐就沒有熱餐提供了。 房間還是依舊那麼乾淨（這是關鍵）。 客服也還是那麼熱情。 下次去VT，還住這。

This facility is worn out and in serious need of an upgrade. The room was in bad disrepair with peeling paint, peeling wallcovering, stains on the wallcovering, wood trim coming off the wall and rusted out plumbing fixtures. The ice machine was located in a separate room that was filthy and was a chest type machine that you access the ice with a scoop. I do not believe that this is up to the health department code as there is no means of keeping contamination out of the ice. Staff was very nice, bit management refused to refund the final two nights of a three night stay. I do not believe a hotel should be able to offer substandard facilities and refuse to refund your money. We did not stay the other two nights. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere that values their customers.

Unfortunately, I hate to say it, but this was hands-down the worst hotel experience I’ve had. And I’ve traveled to a lot of developing countries so that’s saying a lot. The staff were perfectly pleasant, but the place is incredibly rundown and grotty. The wallpaper was peeling, carpet head holes throughout, the air-conditioning unit was broken and dangling off the wall. We felt like we needed to sleep with our clothes still on. Really gross. I should’ve known better. Anything with “quality” in the name is probably a red flag.

My stay was a short one but it was comfortable. My room was clean it smelled great every time I entered my room and the staff was great to me. I dislike staying at Hotels because you always find something wrong but with this place I didn’t. I would definitely recommend this place.

Room was clean except for carpet. Bed was comfortable but AC was noisy. Sink and mirror area was really dark! Location and price were good. Breakfast was good. Parking was ok but right next to a busy Cracker Barrel. Room doors open to outside so didn’t feel as safe as interior rooms.

Imagine a truck stop from the 80’s. Dark, musty, could have just been cleaned but still looks dirty and lots of smokers hanging out right by your entry door. Yeah, you have to walk through them to get to your room, and they’re right outside just hanging out…. Don’t let the website fool you. Don’t stay here. Front desk help was not helpful and could not figure out how to cancel stay or provide a refund. Do yourself a favor and stick to the bigger name hotels across the street.

Very disappointed with the ******* & quality inn!! For the price we paid, ( $170)we truly felt conned!! As the pics in ******* shows lovely 3 star hotel with upgrades. But the reality was it’s a beaten down motel with dirty carpets, super suspicious dirty & stained couches, as if picked up from roadside !! Which costs $50/night They have done some upgrades, that ain’t gonna change the fact it is nothing but a shady roadside motel. Booked a non smoke room. But had cigarette smell in the room. Breakfast is just super junky sugary food.Only good thing about this stay was super friendly staff.

This place looked nothing like the photos. The room was dirty and filled with a hodge podge of old furniture. The furniture was all torn up. The blinds were broken. The bed and mattress were old. There was a leak in the ceiling and wall paper was peeling. There were weird crusty things on the walls, splatter stains, and dirt. The lamps were leaning, the bed was not well made. The A/C was filled with dust so it was impossible to breathe when on. The bathroom was dirty. The tub did not even drain. I believe good reviews might be from two rooms. Room #132 was terrible. The staff were fine. No one was rude. However, this room was not well maintained. Site will not let me add a photo. Just be warned!

Two times in a row there was only one working light in the room. Others were missing lightbulbs completely.
