人事部長様 こんにちは。シンガポールからの旅行者です。10月20日に貴ホテルにチェックインいたしました。チェックインを待つ間、ロビーにあるカフェ「バーディービーン」へ行きました。若く気さくなジャック・ワン様は、私たちを温かく迎え、誠実で行き届いたサービスを提供してくださいました。仕事に非常に熱心で、本当に称賛に値します。彼には深い印象を残していただき、ホテルの評判向上に大きく貢献していただいたことは間違いありません。ありがとうございました。

VOCOでの滞在は素晴らしかったです。ホテルの対応は素晴らしく、スタッフは親切でフレンドリーでした。朝食ビュッフェは洋食と中華料理が充実しており、スタッフは英語で対応してくれました。景色も最高でした！10点満点です。強くお勧めします。

祝日に友人2人と宿泊しました。VOCOのマネージャー、レオン・ドンさんはとても親切で、いろいろとサポートしてくれました！おかげで滞在はスムーズで、本当に忘れられない思い出になりました！素晴らしい設備、素晴らしいコストパフォーマンス、そして最高のサービス。このホテルを自信を持っておすすめします。3人とも大満足でした！

全体的にはまあまあで、レストランは最高、シェフが作るオムレツも最高。 しかし、少し残念な点が 3 つあります。 1. ジムが一時的に閉鎖されていた。 2. 予約したキング デラックス ルームは、デラックス ルームにしては狭すぎ、このようなレジャー ホテルにしては狭すぎます。バスルームにはバスタブがなく、タオルを置くスペースすらありませんでした。 3. スタッフは不便な点についていつも謝罪していましたが、問題を解決しようとはしませんでした。たとえば、プールサイドで氷とストロー付きのドリンクを 2 杯頼んだのですが、ストローも氷もありませんでしたし、バーやレストランに持ってきてもらうよう頼むこともできませんでした。そのため、私は謝罪しながらそのように受け取るしかありませんでした。このようなホテルに期待するものではありません。

The service is excellent. I felt ill on one of the days and couldnt order medicine online and the ground staff offered to purchase for me and I paid him back and of course with some tips. The chambermaid, Mdm July Wang is good too. She knew i love to drink hot beverage and send me quite a number of mineral water and hot drink sachets. I would stay here again the next round.

Voco is an amazing place to be! Outside the beautiful and clean environment. The professionalism is top-notch, and the reception is top-tier tier and the photographic department is the best ever! They take their time to explain to foreigners and are really understanding.

Location is quite near the town center, but the problem is that when we went there, the pool was closed with no early notice to us. Overall, the property is also quite small compared to other hotels in the area

We had such a wonderful time at Voco! The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The views of the lake are gorgeous- especially from the breakfast restaurant and the gym. You can watch the sun set right over the water. The hotel staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of options. I do think the restaurant prices for lunch/dinner are a bit high, but the hotel is just a walk away from other restaurants. It’s located on Yangguang Road, right along a running/walking path next to the lake. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Qiandaohu!

This is our second stay at Voco and we returned because of the beautiful scenery, great service and wide breakfast spread. Kudos to Bill at lobby for his helpful tour related advice and May Hu (guest services) for rectifying the shower problem quickly. The staff ferrying us in the buddy was great too. In all, we are satisfied with our stay but would be great if front desk are kept aware of returning guests. We love this resort!

A beautiful hotel in a quiet location. Breakfast was a buffet to rival the best. Staff polite and accommodating.

What an amazing stay at the hotel. The pool is unbelievably beautiful. The scenery around the hotel is also great and the service was top-notch. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. We had an amazing stay!
