차없이 가기 힘들지만, 건축물 및 인테리어가 매우 매력적이고, 호텔리어분들이 굉장히 친절합니다. 하지만 즐길수있는 프로그램이 좀 빈약했고, 가격대비 만족도는 좀 떨어집니다.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our 40th Wedding Anniversary Our stay at Castello di Vicarello was absolutely magical — the perfect way to end our 40th wedding anniversary trip through Italy. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality that made us feel like family. Every member of the team went above and beyond: Lisa, Licia, Edoardo, Soledad, Giuseppe, and Stefano — each made our stay unforgettable. We also thank Benjamin, Jalal, Sheik, Isabel, and Nico — your smiles, attentiveness, and care truly captured the heart of Vicarello. On October 13th, our actual anniversary day, we felt on cloud nine: breakfast on our terrace, a peaceful afternoon by the pool, relaxing massages, lunch overlooking the vineyards, and a romantic dinner for three that touched our hearts. If we could change anything, it would only be to spend one day less in Rome and one more here. Our stay at Castello di Vicarello was a major letdown. The property is visually beautiful, and the food itself is good, but the service ruins the experience. For a place charging these rates, attention to cleanliness and hospitality should be mandatory — yet it was lacking. The living room was dusty, with spider webs or debris on the ceiling — unacceptable for guests with allergies or asthma. Service is disorganized, and apart from one helpful staff member (Isabella), we found the staff untrained and the entire approach overly focused on extra charges instead of guest satisfaction. This property is all about appearances, not true luxury. We would not recommend it. Choose Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco instead for real 5-star service and value.

There are no words to describe how amazing this property is! From the moment we arrived, the staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. They greeted us by name, which was absolutely wonderful. We were given a tour of the property followed by lunch. The food at this Castello is simply divine. Everything is farm-to-table and they only use the highest of ingredients. Our rooms were also just spectacular. We stayed in the Vicario Suite, Suite Sprone & the Spa Suite. All three were amazing, however the Spa Suite was really special. The amenities in our rooms were wonderful as well. You can tell that management has thought of every last detail to make the guests stay a five star experience. This was definitely the highlight of our vacation and we cannot wait to return!

Nice small resort to have rest and enjoy, the room is perfect the food is good , the service is top . We would like to thanks all the staff that med our stayed wonderful specialy Mr jalal and Mr nari who were always around as to mad our day perfect. I am strongly recommend this castello. sure we will come back next year ✌✌
