My stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you would expect. The staffs were so friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. The location was also convenient as it was close to public transportation. Property is located in a optimal place for my local visits. Accessibility to property entrance was clean and nice. Food was excellent with good combination of varieties. It had a ample parking space. Amenities at room are ok, but not to the mark of the price. Front office staff and other staff were courteous

The resort was well maintained, the room was clean and neat, the pool was very clean and pretty! the staff is courteous. The only problem was with the restaurant. The restaurant was closed by 7pm itself.

Had been to madurai almost after a long time. To get Meenakshi amman darshan . I stayed here for 2 days with family . Very friendly team . Helpful. Courteous staff of the restaurant bazaar and front office . Food is very good . Chef took care personally as I was with kids . 15 to 20 mins to temple . Closer to airport . I could see the temple from hotel . Good swimming pool . Spa to relax . I would Highly recommend this place to stay. Best wishes grand grt madurai team. Excellent customer service on one of the best properties. Slightly away from the Meenakshi temple. Staff was welcoming and often went above and beyond. They also had strong follow up to any requests being made. Highly recommended for your stay within Madurai if this is within your budget.

Great hotel to stay. Interiors done very artistically and tastefully. Maintained very neat and clean too. All amenities provided as promised. Prompt services provided as and when requested. Front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Buffet breakfast served in restaurant had a good spread and awesome food.

We visited this place with kids and elders. When we tried to make a reservation for a one day package, they asked us to come directly to the resort. When we reached there, they said as they are already planned for party service for 2 large groups, they are not ready to accept a small group. After sometime they said ok and asked us to use the swimming pool till lunch is ready. When we asked for a welcome drink, they said it would be ready in 5 minutes, but we didn't get it. They switched on artificial falls for the last 10 mins. While paying we asked for vegetarian but they said they will provide only non-veg food ie chicken biryani, chicken 65, rice and rasam for lunch. But during lunch time they provided mutton biryani and fish fry. We had a person who is allergic to fish, so we asked for some other options. They provided some veg alternatives after hesitation. In total, the food was good. Then we spent some time in their lawn and small play area for kids. The resort was well maintained. Pool was not maintained, so no dress code

ゲゲスト私たちは一晩(トランジット中)の予算の滞在が必要で、MMRはマドゥライの同僚によって推奨されましたホテルは幹線道路から離れており、アクセス道路は狭くでこぼこです。ホテル自体はかなり十分でした。前提にはアンジャパールがあります。朝食はSインディアンの料金に限られています-idli、pongal、vada...しかし、私たちには十分でした。駐車場は近くの別のプロットです。近くに十分な食料品店がありますネット:予算の滞在が必要な旅行者に最適

CClimber17941176421Rather shockingly bad stay here. Dirty rooms, outdated, paint peeling. My room had bloodstained sheets, cockroaches, black mould in the bathroom and the room. No way to control the AC temperature so it was too hot to sleep. Electrical outlets were loose and most didn't work. Location is poor, on the outskirts of Madurai near a large overpass and far from sights. The hotel restaurant had a large menu but never seemed to have anything that was on it, and kept urging people towards the overpriced buffet. The staff were friendly and tried hard, but calling this a 3 star hotel is a joke. Stay elsewhere.

Vvenkateshn2020We had booked a room at this Hotel for Aug 19th on the Hotel's website and had paid an advance of Rs.1000. We had an email confirmation received for our booking also. However, on arriving at the Hotel on 19th, we were informed that they cannot give us a room because of some ongoing event in Madurai. Not only that, till date, they have not refunded the booking advance despite emails and phone calls. However, I am grateful to one gentleman at the Hotel who was kind enough to point us to another alternate Hotel which had a room available where we could stay that night. If they had constraints for which they were canceling our reservation, they could have easily informed us on phone or email they won't be able to honour the reservation and should have returned the booking advance. Clearly, the Hotel does not think either one is necessary.
