Every time I visit Vung Tau I stay at the Palace Hotel. The staff are amazing and the hotel house staff are always professional and willing to help at all times. I will continue to stay there. I intent on visiting Vung Tau again 3 More times this year

Wow! What an amazing experience. The Malibu Hotel is the best hotel that I've stayed in in Vietnam. We had a business trip there in early March 2023. Everything was exemplary and all 65 staff members agreed. I will briefly share what makes this hotel so amazing: 1) Customer Service: A huge shout out to Ms. Bella from The Malibu. She made organisation of our trip smooth and was extremely detail-orientated. Additionally, Mr. Dat ensured that our Gala dinner was a memorable experience. Both Ms. Bella and Mr. Dat were extremely transparent about budget and pricing, double-checking every expense with our team before it was processed. The best customer service that I've received in Vietnam in 7 years. 2) The food: The food is incredible and very fairly priced. I stayed in the hotel in early 2022 and they have maintained the high standard since then. Well done to the kitchen staff at The Malibu. The best I've had in Vietnam. 3) Public spaced: The Malibu has a wonderful pool & lounge area. Servers were punctual and pleasant. 4) Comfy beds: The rooms & beds fit those of a 4/5 star hotel. No issues here whatsoever. It might be nice if they had a balcony. 5) Location: Wonderful location near the major roundabout in Vung Tau. A short walk to the beach. Fantastic!

このホテルはブンタウではとても良いホテルだと感じました。ホテルに到着した後、Ctripのエージェントとのコミュニケーションが整っていなかったので、ホテルのマネージャーはとても親切でした。マネージャーは問題をうまく解決してくれました。ホテルの他の従業員もとても親切で、笑顔で挨拶してくれました。 全体的な環境もとても美しく、ほとんどの部屋からは海が見え、部屋に入るとすぐにレモングラスの香りが漂い、とても快適でした。外に出ると、向かいに小さなビーチがあり、近くにカフェやシーフードショップもあり、とても美味しかったです。

Great little place on the back beach. Photos of the rooms for accurate. If you are tall, I’m 200 cm, I’d recommend the standard room. The bed was big enough for me and the shared bathroom were clean. I’m a fan of pod hotels and this is one of the more spacious I’ve stayed in. I’d heard the gate is locked at 10 pm - not sure if this is correct but made sure I was back before then. Cozy place that I’d definitely recommend!

Overall Experience My stay at the hotel was generally good and well-balanced for the price I paid. However, there were a few issues that left me disappointed. Staff Communication The hotel staff has very limited English proficiency. In fact, some of them relied on translation apps to communicate with guests. While I understand language barriers can exist, I believe learning basic English phrases and vocabulary should be a minimum standard for a hotel aiming to cater to international guests. Additional Blanket Request On my first day, I requested an extra blanket for my room, and it was provided without issue. However, when I wasn't feeling well later during my stay and struggled to control the room temperature with the air conditioning, I asked for a second blanket. The receptionist couldn’t clearly explain why I was required to pay for an additional blanket. The translation app they used stated, “We already gave you one blanket; for the next one, you must pay.” When I asked why there was a charge, the staff member couldn’t provide a clear answer. I also couldn’t get clarification on whether this charge was for purchasing the blanket or a refundable deposit. Ultimately, I left without a second blanket, as no resolution or proper explanation was given.
