Service was below average, rushed, and quite a stressful experience.

We came for Easter and were not lucky. 16-19 degrees and piercing wind brr. The hotel is a classic city hotel. It is old, but it is well-kept and clean, cleaned every day. Friendly staff at the reception. And now from the other side of the coin. If you go from the airport with a travel agency, they will drop you off with your luggage 3 blocks away because the bus does not reach the hotel due to the narrow streets. You pay €20 per week for the safe, and you also have to pay for the fridge, otherwise it doesn't work even though it's in the room. The biggest minus is the lack of even a kettle to boil water for tea. Towels are changed every 4 days due to lack of water in the area. If you have half board, you pay for drinks in the evening, but the prices are moderate, e.g. beer is €2.5. Unfortunately, the food is simple and has absolutely no variety, even standard pancakes. The meat was hard and under-seasoned. Don't count on the soup for 6 days, it was the same vegetable soup with an unknown taste. There is a parking lot under the hotel. Entering it with a medium-sized car is a world championship. €15 per day. In the city, renting a car for 3 days with full insurance is €340

Clean hotel. Staff mostly very friendly and work really hard to give a great service. Rooms were small (twin room + extra bed) and no view but we paid very little and it was very clean and in a nice quiet location. Indoor pool could have done with a jet wash but outdoor pool was nice. We were B&B and couldn’t fault it really. Had dinner one night which was very reasonable and found plenty to eat, especially for the money. We went in April so apart from Saturday night no entertainment but to be honest we didn’t expect any. Lloret town is lovely and only 15 minute walk away or 7€ ish by taxi. If you get a bargain definitely worth a visit.

Lovely spotless clean hotel and being one of only a few English families there at the time the staff were amazing and pleasant.i think it was some kind of Belgium event when we were there but still had a good time .

We stayed here on a half board basis, to say we were disappointed is an understatement. Rooms are basic and offer little to no soundproofing. Evening meals consist of bland and mediocre substandard cuisine. The only reason I give it two stars is to acknowledge the hardworking hospitable staff!

Only one complaint although there was plenty to choose from at meal times the food wasn't always hot .But the choices were excellent. Friendly staff except for one lady on reception . Very clean and housemaid very friendly. Just a bit too far from centre as my husband has walking problems but that's our problem not yours ..Thankyou

Lovely hotel with nice friend staff couldn’t have been more helpful Bedroom and bathroom cleaned daily the whole hotel was spotless We were bed and breakfast only no complaints about the food good quality and plenty of it Would definitely recommend this hotel

Great hotel, service, staff, food delicious, room clean, staff amazing!! Highly recommend , if I will be back I 💯 choose this hotel, as everything was perfect and the price we paid it was a joke, nowhere you could find great hotel that cheap

Two of us went for a quick get away from the UK’s weather. Very nice and clean hotel. Amazing food selection, especially for breakfast. Clean, spacious rooms and great service. We would definitely come back. In fact, we’re going back next June.
