This hotel is very knowledgeable and helpful. They take you to get documents sorted like the Fiscalia, and it’s walkable distance to a lot of food places and Liverpool which is a very nice mall. They also have an iron to iron clothes and they provide you with water bottles. You can also wash your clothes, they only charge for the soap, they have printers you can use for a small charge. Everyone was very considerate and if you ask them anything they can tell you what you need and where to go. Thank you so much for a comforting stay.

Stay was good, staff friendly and very helpful. Only downside is they do not reimburse you if you stay for less days than what you originally booked for. In our case our visa got approved before the expected check out date so we lost the money for 4 days we didn’t stay.

The breakfast was really good and staff was very friendly. I reccomend this hotel for your Consulate Appoin**ent

Just two comments. The wi fi quality is really low, I hasn't able to connect my computer with the wi fi inside my room, I needed to go to the lobby to do it. And the bed wasn't comfortable at all, the mattress was too hard.

I had a really pleasant stay at city express jr. CDJ. Everyone that works there is helpful and polite. Their cleanliness is outstanding. You will always see someone cleaning the common areas.

Reception needs to know that her face says a lot about the hotel she had a face like she didn’t want to be there and then was put to train another gal very nice by the way but she was very rude to her like come on your training of course she won’t know the first time

My husband. Stayed here for 3 days and they were great it would be nice if the rooms had a microwave

Its very convenient for inconvenient cituations, to say the least , i had sime paper work issues and they helped resolved the issue almost immediately, plus its a clean environment, its worth every star.
