Service was great. Nice room with a view. It was great location right on the water and walking distance from restaurants and ice cream shops. View from my hotel room

Our stay at the Hilton Clearwater Beach was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we called, Ryan made the reservation process effortless. Jennifer, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Even though the hotel was sold out, she found a way to accommodate us and surprised us with a beautiful suite upgrade. Tricia, the concierge, was outstanding, she made us feel right at home and consistently went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. A heartfelt thank you to Dillon and Nicole at the pool bar for their warm, attentive service, and to Aileen, who was an amazing bartender! Every team member we encountered was genuinely friendly and welcoming. My daughter and I had an unforgettable trip, and this is by far our favorite beachfront property in Clearwater. We can’t wait to return!

Hilton Honors member who has stayed at various Hilton properties but sadly this one was a disappointment. Right before going to bed on our arrival night we noticed one of the bed mattresses had a crease/hole in it. Called the front desk and they agreed to change out our room but at that time we had to wake up our young kids, pack everything up to move to a new room. Location is great and central but the hotel itself is rundown and somewhat disregarded. I rate the rooms 6/10. Cleanliness was poor. The bathroom particularly the shower upon jumping into it was dirty with visible hairs of prior guests sticking to the walls of the shower. Last but not least the rooms on the north side of the hotel have an awful view of the hotels roof HVAC area. Somewhat better as you go up in floors but nonetheless its visible. Make sure you get a room on the south side of the hotel or direct oceanfront and not on the L-section. The beach was great, rented a cabana ($275 + tip) which available to you until 7pm. They have mobile bar that was a plus. All not bad but not great either!

Overall nice experience to stay in Hilton. One thing that hot water running after few minutes not immediately was bit out of expectation and I had to stay in the shower cold waiting.

The location was ideal. We were thankful we could access our room early. However, there was black eyeliner spots on my sheets, crumbs on the rug, hair in the shower, broken lamp shade and mold spots in the bathroom. Just feel like the room needed a deep clean and attention to detail. The pool was very nice and clean. The black love bugs were an issue and we had to constantly swat at them while trying to relax at the pool. Some days the staff at the pool was attentive and efficient, other days not so much. We enjoyed lunch several times at the restaurant. The waiter, Larry, was excellent!!  Bell staff and check in staff were wonderful!

Very disapointed... So expensive, charged $40 A DAY FOR PARKING, valet parking only too.... $36 A DAY FOR EXTRA DAILY FEE? NO MICROWAVE IN ROOMS? $30 a day for breakfast per person , no coffee available, Cannot bring food, coolers, music speakers or drinks into pool area or to sit in area on beach. You cannot even sit at table on the beach area with your own drink or food...we were told to move by employee. Payed way too much for everything !!!!!! Only plus is it is right on beach.

It was an absolute one of the best locations hotels among Clearwater beach, but the amenities and cleanliness is not worthy the charge.

La habitación en general estaba limpia, excepto la nevera que tenía un poco de arena de playa, solicité un microondas y una rollaway bed, eso llegó enseguida, pero el microondas estaba asqueroso. La ubicación del hotel es privilegiada, allí hay salida directo hacia la playa, el estacionamiento es un costo adicional por noche, también cobran un fee adicional que te incluye cierto servicio básicos, no te incluye sombrillas, es bueno saberlo para que no sea una sorpresa. La atención en front desk pareciera robotizada pero el resto del personal hacen una gran diferencia. En general fue una experiencia grata poder olvidarte de manejar e ir caminando hacia la playa, boulevard, restaurantes todo está cerca.

我覺得就是地理位置好，有私人沙灘，但是房間打掃不乾淨。

環境不錯。但是我們定的是海景。可是給的是街景（雖然能看到海） 可能攜程沒有保證海景的房型？
