Don’t waste your money and time in this hotel !! There doing cleaning services every 4 days lol . I stay 5 days no cleaning service then i complain about it ! There abuse me! Tell me there gonna call the police on me ! The woman on reception with the mask she so rude! I spoke to general manager hi it’s so rude and tell me I’m going to call the police ! I give you one more chance you supposed to leave the hotel yesterday but I give you one more chance are you kidding me for my money I pay for 7 days .I left hotel on 5 ft day . Hi tell the trip service I’m still there ! So lying of the this hotel! No refund my money for 2 days!! Drive me so mad ! People in the hotel it’s dangerous there no safe! If you like someone give you hard time ! Don’t waste you money and time !!!!

I am writing to convey my disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. The cleanliness of my room was not up to standard, and upon requesting a cleaning, I was informed that this service is only provided every four days. Furthermore, I was told that towels are only changed between 8 AM and 4 PM. Despite extensive discussions with the staff about this issue, it was only after much effort that I was eventually provided with pool towels to use for showering. Overall, this experience fell short of the quality and hospitality I had expected.

The heated pool was the best part with the jacuzzi, the beds are nice and comfy, only thing that this places needs is a good inside paint job.

Sink water was so reduced while trying to shave or brush my teeth It was so annoying. Bathtub was extremely rusty around the walls of tub. Front desk was quite pleasant. A worker freaked out as I tried to take a short cut to breakfast area thru one door instead of extra long walk around to the front of the building. Only one entrance and same exit thru front door of hotel. All rooms behind the hotel. How very annoying.

There were bugs in the muffins at breakfast. The woman at the front desk was rude. I would never stay here again

Room had dirty socks from previous guest. Some staff were rude but others were nice. Toilet did work upon arrival and maintenance had to come fix with new flow master. Bed was slopped on the side's which felt like i was falling off most of the night. I would say they are full size.

Rude staff, dirty all over the room, bath room not clean, microwave not clean, mini fridge not working, carpet not vacuum, run away from this place. It will ruin your vacation.

The hotel old. No matter of paint can disguise the makeover that is needed. Walls are thin and you can hear everything that’s going on. There is a damp smell inside the room. The air conditioning unit was on its last legs and was extremely noisy and rattled intermittently. I’m thankful that I remembered to pack my earplugs. Breakfast choice was sp****, however the employee working there was polite and helpful. The floors into the breakfast area we’re sticky! That said, the bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean and the water was hot.
