The cleanliness of my room was not up to standard, and upon requesting a cleaning, I was informed that this service is only provided every four days. Furthermore, I was told that towels are only changed between 8 AM and 4 PM. Despite extensive discussions with the staff about this issue, it was only after much effort that I was eventually provided with pool towels to use for showering. Overall, this experience fell short of the quality and hospitality I had expected.
