This is a really good hotel. Friendly staff great location and clean. The only problem we had was were our room was ground level 102 must have been a laundry room a couple of doors down. It sounded as if trolleys were going in and out the lift the we would hear the door bang shut. We stayed two nights and it was always around the same time both nights. 4am onwards.

Our overnight stay to Mondos was for a birthday. Being in the Central of coatbridge was good....or so I thought. Our room backed onto a night club and all we could hear was the loud music, people screaming, laughing and fighting at 2am. People could look into our room from the top of the stairs at the back, which is a nightmare. Yes I had to close the curtains, but not ideal at 4pm. The lift isnt working still, as far as i know, this has been like this for months. Thankfully we were on the lower floor but a family member struggled with the stairs. The room itself was clean, but basic. Definitely not worth the price we paid, especially not getting a good night's sleep.

The staff at the hotel are amazing, friendly, polite, all around good people. It was a shame about the condition of the room and the very poor internet, but other than that, I could have asked to meet nicer people.

Very comfortable room/bed, perfect for a 2 night stay,could not fault the room at all

We were in Coatbridge for a family celebration . Our stay in Mondo was so enjoyable The staff are  excellent and went the extra mile to ensure we had a carefree visit. The breakfast staff added to the enjoyment nothing was too much trouble for them and the breakfast was delicious. We liked that the menu was so varied and the cost was very reasonable Thank you all so much We’ll be back.

The reception was friendly and helpful, room was clean, very spacious, comfortable and all the necessities were given. Lovely kettle for a cup of tea in my room. I enjoyed my weekend there very much.

Nice place

房間沒有牙刷牙膏、刮鬍刀，需要自己打車去超市購買。酒店餐廳也是關閉狀態，自己付費吃早餐也不可能。附近沒有早餐店，要打車15分鐘才能吃到早餐。與攜程商議後提供瞭解決方案，平台還是一如既往的負責任，謝謝投訴主管曉陶的耐心溝通和效率。
