We had an amazing stay here! The homemade breakfast every morning was incredible. The room was large and clean and the decor was beautiful. Really conveniently located in santa teresa. I would definitely stay here again!

This is an amazing hotel, I really couldn’t recommend it more. The room was beautiful, the breakfast was the best I had in Costa Rica, the location couldn’t be better with the ocean right opposite and restaurants, supermarket etc… literally on the doorstep. Most of all the people that run it are two of the kindest people I have ever met. I was really sad to leave.

Impeccable. This boutique hotel is a gem! From the enormous contemporary rooms, to the quality of the linens, to the attention from the lovely Spanish owners Antonia & Carmel. We truly wish we could have stayed here longer. Carmel always had great suggestions on what to do and where to go, which was so helpful. The hotel is situated super conveniently just steps from Santa Teresa beach. With many delicious restaurants, coffee shops and cute boutiques at a walking distance. Delicious breakfast was made for us every morning. And for a very affordable fee, Carmel made us authentic Spanish lobster paella on our second night, it was truly spectacular! We were also able to wash clothes, which was so convenient for us since we still had some more traveling to do in gorgeous Costa Rica. With 4 well appointed suites, delicious daily breakfast and a pool, we will be back with family soon. Highly HIGHLY recommend Arjau Boutique Hotel for your stay in Santa Teresa. Unbelievable above and beyond customer service by Carmel an Antonia. You could not ask for better host. The property is truly boutique and was built recently. Great location comfortable amenities. Ask for the Spanish/Spain style rice and lobster Paella, best $100 well spent. Carmel is an amazing chef, he will also provide the best breakfast.

We stayed at Arjau for our first couple nights in Santa Teresa. It is such a beautifully done boutique hotel and the owner and service was outstanding. He had breakfast made for us each morning, offered to make us a lobster paella for dinner and had our room cleaned perfectly each time we came back from an outing. Beautiful owner and beautiful place to stay!

Hermoso hotel Boutique. La ubicación es perfecta. Cruzas la calle y accedes a la playa por un sendero corto. Las instalaciones impecables y el diseño del lugar de muy buen gusto. Las habitaciones muy amplias. Los anfitriones Carmel y Antonia estuvieron en todos los detalles para que nuestra estadía fuera la mejor. Su hospitalidad y amabilidad insuperables. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Recomiendo mucho este hotel.
