ラグジュアリー ココ ヴィラズ(Green Villas El Coco)

Convieniently located, 1 block from Downtown. The day we arrived the new owner took possession. Hopefully he will renovate as he said he would. Lots to be done, before they can really call it luxury. Maybe it was in the 90's but in need of a makeover now. Having said that the caretaker was excellent as were the other staff. The pool is very clean, as were the condo's. We had a good time.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at Luxury Coco Villa's. They are not luxury, but they are clean, and very convenient for local shopping restaurants and beaches. The aircon and Wifi were excellent. The day we arrived the new owner took over and he said there was a lot to do to bring the place up to scratch. Which no doubt it needs. It was a great base for us to stay in as we travelled a few times. The pool is great the staff were wonderful, especially the man who maintains the property and lives on site. We felt very safe. There's loud music on weekends from the brewery bar back of it....but hey its a holiday desination what does anyone expect. We just put earbuds in. All around good deal for the money. Needs a lot of updating, but we really enjoyed it there. Pura Vida!

I am a Travel Agent and I booked this Villa for my clients through ******* for Travel Agents. There was no communication at all up until today and my clients leave tomorrow from Canada to Liberia. I had to cancel it and scramble to find them something else at the last minute. I emailed them, tried to call, tried calling on whatsapp as well, went directly through the contact form on their website and even VRBO as well. Nothing. We got no address, there is no front desk here so needed instructions to enter, and ******* noted that there is a cancellation fee which I will be fighting if my clients get charged. It feels very scammy and I hope no one else gets stuck in the same situation.

The property was well kept and very clean and the manager was helpful and friendly. The music from the bars in back of us kept us awake on and off until 2:00 AM. It was a Sat night so it may not occur every night.

Beautiful property, close to amenities but not mark and hard to find.

The property was very hard to find. It lacked signs and the address ******* has was the wrong one. It is close to main street and walkable. There were parties and loud music close by, off the property. Not much could be done about noisy neighbors. Our apar**ent was very clean, we had the pool all to ourselves. 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, with stove and full size fridge. We enjoyed our two days at this Villa.

The villa is gated so it's very safe, staffs are super lovely you see them all the time on the property. The outdoor is well maintained, except for the hot tubs (maybe because it's not high season so it's not turned on? We didn't bother to ask.) We booked 2 bedroom units, they are good enough for a family of 4. The inside is a bit dated, no hand soaps are available in any of the washrooms or kitchen. The downstairs washroom is very damp and has a musty smell. The washroom's flushes are quite low and weak. The property's location is perfect about 10 minutes walk to the beach and 3 mins to the main street for groceries, restaurants, and shops. We walked out every day. Overall, this if you are looking for a property that is close to everything I would still recommend this place.

Helpful staff, great location

This was an amazing condo to rent for a couple days! Couldn’t believe how clean it was! The check in was easy and the staff made everything better. Definitely stay here again!
