ココ ブリーズ レジデンス(Coco Breeze Pacific)

Breeze is centrally located in Playas del Coco and you could walk everywhere to find great food, the beach, groceries, shopping, etc. Adi is super knowledgeable and helped us book the Rio Crleste Waterfall and the Palo Verde River Safari Tours. Both were excellent with great tour guides! Andy took us to Rio Celeste and made sure everyone was having a good time and got great pictures of our adventures. He gave us a perfect alternative to go swimming in Rio Celeste if we weren't able to do the hike. Carlos took us on the River Safari and he spotted so many monkeys, iguanas, crocodiles and birds while sharing his knowledge about the local agriculture during the drive. And access to the Pacifico Beach Club was the best!

I exchanged a time share to stay at Breeze Private Residences. It's a beautiful place! The staff is wonderful and very responsive to any issues or questions we had. The beach club is VERY nice. We did a time share presentation only because the perks were good as were had NO intention of buying a fractional "ownership" or a timesheet. Pools are nice. The restaurants right near the office of Breeze are great. The beach has very dark sand and is walkable from the resort. I felt very safe here and in town. There is a grocery store right next door and many shops and more restaurants are on the street out front. We went on a tour with Costa Rica Unique with Norman and Carlos to the rain forest, waterfalls, sloth experience and a coffee and cocoa farm. We had a lunch that was served as well which was very good. I highly suggest you take a your with Carlos and Norman as it was EXCELLENT! During the drive to the rain forest and during our hikes and visits to the different areas, Norman gave us so much information about Costa Rica, and the flora and fauna. It was fabulous!!! I'll come back to Costa Rica again. Who knows? I might move here! Pura vida!

Incredible stay at Breeze! We used the services on property to book our golf cart, car and excursions. Adi was Uber responsive and so kind!! I don’t know how they do it; because I had a lot of questions! All the property staff were kind and professional. Highly recommend

The tour was great! Travelled with 2 children (4 and 7). They enjoyed. We got to see monkeys sloths, frogs, and even some scary snakes. Carlos and Jenner really took care of our group. Would definitely recommend.

We were impressed with the size of our (3) bedroom unit. The grounds, pools, and beach club were beautiful! We loved sitting on the balcony each day and seeing all of the wildlife. There were so many types of tropical birds. Service from staff was outstanding-- special thank you to Angelica (concierge), Adi (CR Unique Tours), and Jonathan (Beach Club). Angelica and Adi were in communication before our trip and helped us with any details needed. We are so grateful! The team made our family/friends feel so welcome. Great customer service! Wonderful location in Playas del Coco--would definitely visit again!

The condo was spacious and the outside deck for breakfast for a late night cocktail. The swimming pools and hot tub were clean great temperature. Went into town found several restaurants with great food one called Coco nutz had good karaoke. The gym cost $45 for the week to use and was well worth it.

Great location for a family, beautiful beach club. Kids loved the pools. Ground have everything you need. Good restaurants, Great customer service. Morning coffee on the patio was a great way to start the day. The town is small but very relaxed. We will return!

Unbeknownst to us when we booked through RCI, there is a brand new building and construction going on in the the Pacifico Private Residences right next to Building 7, where they put us. I would highly recommend NOT staying here until this construction is done!

Great property well kept. Great location near restaurants and entertainment. Car rental and golf carts for rent on site. Very friendly staff. 4 pools to choose from. Good food and drinks at poolside bar.
