It was a nice stay for one night & every thing was close by

It was our second stay at Pacific Palms. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. The motel is located within easy walking distance to a major shopping precinct and restraunts. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. We will stay there again.

Very central to everything. Room was clean and the king bed very comfortable.

Good spot, close to everything. Rooms were lovely, Shower was great!! Only thing thing was the beds were a little hard.. but a great place to stay

It was a place for us to stay half between where we had been and home. It was a comfortable place was clean and the gentleman who booked us in was very friendly. Would stay there again.

The toilet seat didn't fit properly . I went to turn on the over-bed light and the lightglobe fell Out onto the bed.

The apartment complex looked like it was straight from a Dodgey apartment I had seen on the show Cops USA. On arrivals, staff were kind and friendly, however, the overweight man in the first room with a tank top on, left his door open and sat on a chair and watched us enter the apartment complex. This was the first sign of something is just not right. The hotel is in the worst part of cops surrounded by similarly poorly kept hotel. Thank god it was just for one night. Car spot right out the front was conveintment not so much because it’s close but rather so you can make sure no one is stealing from it. It takes a fair bit to scare me but this place gets a 5 star scary rating. Hotel had a full feeling of “wrong side of the tracks” going on, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave with all your possessions intact. Of you enjoyed cops in the 80’s and would like to stay in a similar budget hotel this ticks all the boxes, ******* and crack not included.
