Didn’t receive late check in details before arrival even after receiving a phone call that day. Couldn’t get in or contact anyone because the number for after hours in the window was disconnected. After getting another guest to provide late check in details we got into the apartment. The apartment was dated, which I don’t mind… but it was dirty! Hair on the. Bathroom floors in the shower and behind the door. Toilet lid dirty with wee marks on the lid. Not to mention the fan in the bathroom being exposed with live wires exposed in the shower cavity, and the half eaten apple stuck in the sink generator. Room 230, needs a lot of tlc and updating.

Great stay, older building but immaculately maintained. Heated pool & 2 x spas (adult only all age) secure parking, cameras all around. Brilliant location

Great location and comfortable apartment. The pub and the beach are located right next to it. Free convenient parking and a nice pool is available. Close to all other locations as well. Helpful staff and easy to book. Located at a quaint lane. No disturbance.

Old and need to be renovated !

Loved our stay at this place. The staff were really helpful and friendly, as were other guests and residents. The pool was excellent - the water was the perfect temperature. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Thanks, Sandcastles!

The room they gave me was run down, blinds in the lounge and bedroom did not work properly. Wall behind main bed had cracks in the join door of a morning the sun was coming thru the cracks including the wind. Terrible cleanliness, damaged tiles in bathroom. Opened up cupboard under sink to find mouldy garbage and fruit in bin which had not been cleaned causing a large swarm of fruit flies. I had to change rooms. Second room was slightly better however the complex is run down and the prices they charge are high for the condition of the apartments.

Smelly, dirty. From the 90’s and smells and looks like it has not been cleaned since then. Drunks outside the room all night till 3am. Mainly just a stinky dirty unit - do yourself a favour and book somewhere else

Although our stay was pleasant with all the amenities you could ask for, the apartment seemed old and musty. The unit was very spacious, although some of the plates were still dirty and had to be rewashed before using, the main bedroom had stains on the carpet. In saying all of this, we would stay here again.

Cooking pans dirty and some crockery. Only one and half showers before water went cold. Filthy balcony. Two running taps. No sugar in room. Dishwasher door falling off. Iron broken.
