Useless , only one word describes this property
Room light we’re switching off frequently and I had to switch on time and time again
Shower was full of mould
Water logging in the shower, not able to take a complete shower due to water logging
Breakfast suppose to start at 7 am, there were no attendees they came at 7:30 and barely any food served at 7 . Awaited 20 minutes for a coffee during breakfast and no coffee served . Went back to room to make coffee and there wasn’t any coffee satchel in room
Room had dust not cleaned
Finally during checkout they couldn’t print out bill as their printer not working

Very bad experience in the day of checking! Luggage & my suite no-one supporting me shifting to room, weather waited at room 30 minutes then personally go down pickup my luggage. And the 2nd (attached photo) toilet like public bus stand then clean this! So sad and very disappointed. 3rd yesterday 18th had a breakfast unlucky have a boiled egg (it’s very cooled) started stomach upset until now (19/05/24) plan to go clinic. I feel may be food poisoning!!!
Sorry to say this bad comments, toilets this is my 1st experience in my life???
